As a Giants fan this is certainly another delicious expected episode for us. Say what you want about my Giants, they are a lousy football team yes, but when they are good they have a tendency to win it all, despite all the naysayers and prognosticators. The only year you could say they were the heavy odds on favorites was the '86-87' SB team. Yes they did get wrecked by the Ravens in 2001, but honestly that team really had no business being there, they did destroy the Vikings in the NFC championship game that year though. The other three times against the Bills and twice against the Pats they were heavy underdogs. No one and I mean no one in the known universe picked them in '07-'08 to upset the Pats, arguably the greatest team in the modern NFL era. Even Brady said that was probably the best team they had.
That’s EXACTLY reminiscent of how they looked when the Niners beat them early in the season! Because I had seen it before, it didn’t surprise me as much. I did feel badly for Dak in this case, however. Sad!!
I saw the Cowboys beat the Dolphins in the first Super Bowl I ever watched. I remember the Ice Bowl. Congratulations to the Green Bay Packers. They came to the Wild Card hungry and ready, and they deserve to go on. Congratulations to the Chiefs, and the Lions, and especially the Bills.
It’s a double edged sword, though. Looking like this against the Cowboys can be misleading. Then you play another team, who is more disciplined, and a lot of this may go away.
They quit after the first drive. CD Lamb looked like he could care less. I think most of them wanted McCarthy gone and this was their way of telling management.
You don't put in all that hard work just to make a political statement in a playoff game. I have no idea what happened. Maybe overconfidence. But it wasn't because the players quit.
I truly have no idea why all the media pundits bought into Dallas. Haven't beat a good team all year and consistently got exposed against playoff contenders
There's no way Bill goes to Dallas, right? If he took issue with RKK making the move to actually name BOB the OC, I doubt he'd be okay with how involved Jerry is. And, even if it means getting the GOAT, I don't see Jerry being willing to step out of the limelight and let Bill have final say on things. Just seems like a one-and-done recipe for disaster.
As a Redskins fan, who lives in Texas, this made my season. All year, kept hearing "we dem boys", This our year", "Dak MVP". Watching this made me so happy. Telling everyone I work with, that Dallas has issues. 1. Dallas needs a lead early. Makes Dak look good, and the defense look good. 2. Dak and the defence have issues playing from behind. 3. Dallas cannot stop.the run. Even more if the QB is under center. 4. McCarthy looks at his play sheet like a menu at Dennys 5. Parsons is overrated. He is a good rusher, but cannot defend the run and is afraid to tackle any player other than a QB. Watching the fans leave the stadium doing thier walk of shame.
I was worried about TJ yesterday by 20-0 lol. Oh, and for all you Cowgirl fans who said people like me were just haters because yall are so good, how do you explain 27-7 by halftime? Dak throwing two pick sixes in a row....Jordan Love looking like a fusion of Brett Favre and Rodgers, we should call him Brett Rodgers lol. Cowgirl fans, you paid Dak 40 million bucks and what do you have to show for it? Early playoff exits, no NFC title games , and 0 chips. I'd say yall got ripped off
The Cowboys looked scared, tight, tentative, almost from the get-go. Like the pressure was too much. They made some mistakes early on both sides of the ball and they had the look in their eyes like "oh crap we're in trouble, here we go again". The Packers were loose and shooting from the hip. And the Cowboys offense was predictable; the Packers D played like they knew everything the Cowboys were running at them. Astonishing.
I wonder how much of that comes during the days leading to the game. Maybe they came out of their meetings thinking "we still don't know how we're stopping this"
Native Texan, life-long Cowboys fan here. This is the biggest choke I have ever witnessed in my 50+ years as a fan. Dak Prescott is not the answer. Full stop. Next time the Cowboy’s defense runs into the end zone to triumphantly strike a pose, this performance should give them reason to pause. As we say in Texas, the Cowboys are, “Big hat, no cattle.” Also, well played to the talented Packers, what a performance.
Love and Stroud have rocketed past the Dak/Tua/Cousins tier in year ONE as starting QBs. Both have significantly more talent, arm strength, athleticism etc than anyone in that tier, both played well this season and both have already proven it in the playoffs. Coach/QB and all of a sudden you realize that many young players on your team are pretty good. Also makes you realize how idiotic these pro Fields or pro Daniel Jones people are….still excusing limitations 3-4 years in. You know within 1-2 year 99% of the time….even if the QB isn’t fully refined yet you can still see it in large bursts of elite play. Doesn’t mean you immediately move off Dak etc but teams in that group and below should be regularly drafting QBs in the first 3 rounds, attempting to develop them, while keeping the incumbent starter. Also, they need to prioritize some flexibility…..you can’t pay Tua top $$ while guaranteeing 3+ years unless you’re okay having no chance to compete in the playoffs.
The Eagles fan in me: 😂😂😭😭 The football fan in me: I don’t get this team. There’s a-lot of great players on this team, and for them to keep losing like this. It’s really unbelievable.
It really is. It would be one thing if the cowboys just didn’t have enough talent to be more than just a first round playoff team but no the cowboys have had an insane amount of talent over the years. They’ve put so many good teams together but come playoff time every single time they just fall apart, it’s baffling. It’s like they’re legitimately cursed or something

@@JC-hq7iu why? Why can’t he see the field. He hasn’t been given the opportunity to grow and learn from his mistakes like every other first round pick in nfl history. What has he done that is so egregious that he can’t get a single opportunity to get game reps? Jordan love looked like trash in parts of this season, but the packers stayed the course and let him take the lumps so he could learn from mistakes. I know why he didn’t get a chance with the 49ers, it’s because purdy came out of nowhere and looked like Drew Brees. But why isn’t any other team interested in giving him an opportunity? If nothing else, he could have taken some garbage time reps this season in a couple of those blowouts. But the cowboys didn’t even put him above cooper rush. He might be trash, but we don’t know for sure because we haven’t seen him enough. I just don’t understand why he is getting such unique treatment that no other first round pick has received.
Not a Cowboys fan, just an observation…If the NFL playoffs were double elimination, I think the Cowboys would actually thrive (as humorous as that sounds). As the Cowboys seem to routinely be the overconfident team that gets a reality check by losing early in the first round. Because of the pride hit they’d probably respond inspired to the beat-down though and be the team that battles through the loser’s bracket to make it to the Super Bowl...(sorry that’s not the current playoff structure Cowboys fans).
I thought they clearly got out coached. Was literally giggling at some of field positions vs field goal choices and the fair pass call milliseconds before the catch. 7 points or nothing, loved it.

@@kaptainkush4351 and yes, it is definitely the cowgirls now, cuz they lay down on the field and lift up their damn skirts every single year in the playoffs.

I don’t care who they bring in as HC, as long as Jerry is running the show the same thing will happen.
Jerry will never give up the authority that a big name HC would need.
He reminds me a lot of Al Davis.
And Belichick likes to run his own show - can't see how that's going to work out.
Jerry is the common denominator! 😂😂😂
And like Al Davis, it was fun at first until he started to go senile
agreed, no matter how one puts it but when your franchise has not won any play off game for 28yrs, this is not only on players and coaches, nor coincidental. Its on the top of the house. Too much Jerry, too much pressure.
They've won playoff games, like last year in the Wild Card against the Bucs. They haven't had a deep run or NFC title game in 28 years. Also, Jerry brought in Bill Parcells once upon a time. He is capable of working with a demanding old school coach, but it's unlikely. Parcells improved them but it didn't lead to any playoff wins. @@raphaeljansa7986

Been a Cowboy fan since 66 and that was the worst since Jackie Smith dropped the ball in the end zone.
But did you really think they stood a chance ..sure they looked great beating up bad teams but couldt come close to beating a good team ...even the refs help them beat Detroit !!!
First time I saw the Cowboys Don Meredith was the quarterback. Loved 'em like only a homesick Texan stuck in the Ozarks could, until ...
Jerry Jones' first official act was to fire Tom Landry. There's been nothing good in Dallas, except Tony Romo, ever since. And thank Ceiling Cat, FSM and all the gods
Romo got out of there without being irretrievably broken; Jones sure as hell wasn't going to pay for an O-line to keep the Defense of the Week from pounding the
best QB since Roger Staubach into the turf. Over and over and over again.
The fans deserve better than we'll get as long as this team's in Jones's hands.
Love their group hug for TJ
You know as a Lion's fan, I am suddenly okay with what happened in Dallas. I'm glad that 49ers get the Packers next. And we got the 2nd home playoff game. Life is good.
I think the Packers are going to beat the 49ers as crazy as that sounds!
@@horacecomegna335 we can dream. There is a decent possibility that we will and if we do, Love will have accomplished something that Rodgers never did. (Rodgers never beat the niners in the playoffs, losing all 4 times.)
@@timq6224 As a lifelong Patriots fan, Go Pack Go ! 🎉 😊 I loved the old 49ers and still rooted for 'em in the NFC somewhat when Jimmy G was there. But not as much now, while I always respected the Pack going back to the Lombardi days (tho that was just a bit "before my time" 😅), through the Favre era, and grudgingly during Rodgers' tenure.
Love fits perfectly into their new offensive system, whereas Rodgers refused to adjust. I thought he was a bit cocky & never really liked him, and given his spotty playoff track record, GB was arguably "lucky" to win one SB with him.
Lifelong GB fan, and I'm rooting for Detroit, just so I can laugh at the Vikings for being the only NFC North team not to win a SB.
I bet Rodgers was so proud watching Love continue the Packer tradition of owning the Cowboys.
Doubt it Rodgers is arrogant.
"9 wins of 20 or more points" in 2023. 8 of those games were against teams under .500 and the 9th was vs the Eagles who were in the midst of a death spiral (and who would also lose to the Cardinals and Giants).
Dallas' problem was that Greenbay was over .500
Dallas = Miami of the NFC
I kept saying it and delusional Cowgirls fans just kept denying it but they all found out!
Truth ...Dallas looked great beating up bad teams and got beat by good teams !!! Anyone that believes Jerrys hype is a fool!
Ironic though isn't it considering they spent all last season calling the Eagles frauds for basically doing the same thing.
Probably my favorite segment of the show. TJ is a good guy. I live in Dallas. I have no affiliation with the Cowboys but I can tell you as a Bears fan I'm sorry TJ. HOWEVER, at the same time, I can't tell you how much joy it brought me as someone who listens to this Cowboys junk 9 months out of the year. I was roasting friends and co-workers left and right. My joy is full. And I am currently unemployed and living with my parents as a 42 year old.
And you are roasting your friends for being Cowboy fans wow ...
The "Be Love" on the helmets
Funniest thing of all.
As Cowboys great Emmitt Smith once sad, “They got debacled.”
What does this do to the Cowboy's Superbowl odds?
Pretty sure this blowout loss put this at the top odds to win the superbowl next year. Sure somebody will be able to rationalize that some kinda way.
Extremely well! Probably top odds. Instead of the last pick in the draft they moved up a few spots as planned. Everything went as planned last night for the Cowboys.
They’re pretty much the same as they were before the game.

TJ wearing sunglasses tells the entire story.
The correlation with the godfather and the horse head is classic!!!
Jerry was given a curse when he fired Jimmy Johnson. He said anybody can coach the Cowboys. Whattya think now Jerrah?😂😂😂
I'm a Cowboys fan and after yesterday I can't even be mad anymore at this point. I'm just accepting that they're probably not making it back to any championships in my lifetime and I'll stop getting my hopes up.

How about them Cowfrauds!
Sad!!
WTF you feel bad for that loser but not the rest of the team? He’s the reason the others took the loss
I was lucky enough to watch that Dallas dynasty in the 90's, and I couldn't care less since then! 😊

As a 49'er fan...The Packers looked like us when we are running on all cylinders! That scares me!
Yes. Reminds me of a certain 1981 team.
It’s a double edged sword, though. Looking like this against the Cowboys can be misleading. Then you play another team, who is more disciplined, and a lot of this may go away.
Be afraid, be very afraid! 😂😂😂
Fire McCarthy, Fire Dan Quinn, Do not give Dak an extension. Hire a GM, go after Harbaugh or a young coach.
They quit after the first drive. CD Lamb looked like he could care less. I think most of them wanted McCarthy gone and this was their way of telling management.
I've never seen a team seem so uninterested in playing the first half.
You don't put in all that hard work just to make a political statement in a playoff game. I have no idea what happened. Maybe overconfidence. But it wasn't because the players quit.
I dont buy this quit narrative whatsoever. No team quits in the playoffs, that is delusional and proves you never played the sport.
I don’t know what game you guys watched, but the Cowboys looked defeated when they got down 14-0.
It looked like someone died before the game they came in looking like they didn’t even want to be there
Reminded me of 1969 at Cotton Bowl against the Browns ,but the very next year they went to the Super Bowl and …..lost 😵💫
I truly have no idea why all the media pundits bought into Dallas. Haven't beat a good team all year and consistently got exposed against playoff contenders
Exactly, they routed teams under 500 that made their stats All-Pro.
Mostly true, they did beat the Rams, the Lions and the Eagles.
Because Dallas talk pulls in viewers and drives clicks.

4. McCarthy looks at his play sheet like a menu at Dennys
5. Parsons is overrated. He is a good rusher, but cannot defend the run and is afraid to tackle any player other than a QB.
Watching the fans leave the stadium doing thier walk of shame.
"Just you wait" Greatest phrase Evv-Ah 😂
I was worried about TJ yesterday by 20-0 lol. Oh, and for all you Cowgirl fans who said people like me were just haters because yall are so good, how do you explain 27-7 by halftime? Dak throwing two pick sixes in a row....Jordan Love looking like a fusion of Brett Favre and Rodgers, we should call him Brett Rodgers lol. Cowgirl fans, you paid Dak 40 million bucks and what do you have to show for it? Early playoff exits, no NFC title games , and 0 chips. I'd say yall got ripped off
Cowgirls are tough. These guys are 10 ply tissue.
It's never a good thing when your QB is tasked to toss the ball 60 times in a game. That was BRUTAL. Cowboys absolutely overlooked this team.
Maybe they came out of their meetings thinking "we still don't know how we're stopping this"
💯 Cowboys looked under prepared and overwhelmed.
Not to worry, the Texans will represent.
I seriously doubt it. Once you face the Ravens or the Chiefs, your season will end.@@edlawn5481
28 years since playing in the NFC championship game? Really...wow. Did not realize that one.
403 yards and 3 TDs? That’s worth $60 MILLION a year!!! Dak NEVER disappoints. Pay the man! 😂

Jordan love looked like trash in parts of this season, but the packers stayed the course and let him take the lumps so he could learn from mistakes.
