What an epic spot! Awesome video 🤙
I think we are due for a video from you also
Pristine Hawaii… imagine every island was like that until Man came along but nice to see it still exists out there.
Niihau is like this bro
“Hawaii’s last secret island” *immediately gives directions on how to get there*
😆 Just messing around, loved the video!
I mean, you do have to catch a flight, and hop on a boat for 17 hours
Would be good to give the coordinates of such a remote location. It's not like everyone will be heading there.
Your passion for diving is really infectious
Always a great day when ryan drops a vid
Thank you for not going crazy spearing everything. Great video.
Yeah you🤙🏼
I appreciate this comment bradah❤️
I giv3 Ryan plenty respect cuz heez good.. but with great talent comes great responsibility in the water.. Alohaz to all 🤙🏼🤙🏼
You and Sam did an amazing job putting this adventure together. Definitely got to do this again hopefully not to far away ;)
In the future
What a dive! What I’m supported and happy about is that you didn’t say what island that was. I’ve been there multiple times with my grandfather who was a commercial fisherman from Kauai. Trolling all day to bottom fishing at night for five days straight and scraping Opihi’s off that huge rock for family parties. Too bad he’s has passed away. Thankful I got to experience what I got to because of him.
Thanks to you and your crew I’ve always wondered what the bottom looked like as I’ve nerve seen anyone dive there. Score on those monster Ukus and Moos !!! You guys couldn’t have done it any Better let alone bombing those over 100ft drops I could never reach!! Can’t wait to see you guys drop on that sea mount and plug some big eye tunas!! Chee!! Gonna sub now!! Mahalos!
Kauai 🤙
Picked up on that too 🤙. My Ohana is from Kauai too and I’m sure my uncle been out there he still has a small fleet in Kauai. Didn’t know military bombed _______ like they did Kahoolawe too 🤦♂️. What a shame.
Yeah but he eludes to it. He also talks about the Hāmākua coast. It’s a no for me. Another example of haoles benefitting and exploiting our home
super sick bro. True Ryan Myers Expeditions fashion. Land of the mermaids!
Ryan Myers publishes more videos than the amount of dives I make. Nice job !
Big adventures take a lot of commitment (and fuel😂). Way to get after it!
Darn brotha your killing it again. The Legend.. Amazing amazing video. If you put that black jack on the grill, it's like bbq pork belly, greasy fish.
Can already tell by the intro this is going to be an insane one to watch 😁💯
Eh, love you Haole boy.. but,.. I’m still waiting for the invasive species!! Clean up!!! Video!!!!!!!! All aloha, but still I’m not playing around my friend. Please be part of the movement for real..! Aloha my boy please do your part if you love the Island ice box you have come to fall in love with.. mahalo and please come wise to the ways already. 🤙🏼🤙🏼 shoot!
I hear you, and that's how I was taught... If there's a roi: I shoot the roi. It's my job. I've got a school of kumu at my favorite spot Maui to dive, and although Maui rules say I can take one per day... I only take one per year.
@@TreeCutterDoug yeah you! I was raised the same.. it’s just how we do.. mahalo for the response 🤙🏼🤙🏼 Aloha and happy holidays
It’s not always about the prize fish.. it’s a lifestyle, so if we want our keiki to have the same opportunity and life style we gotta respect our reefs.. TOAU taste good too! Lol!!
@@faithinparadise351 toau is mean chinese style. I stopped diving altogether cause was sad at seeing the reefs being exploited. Started hunting Axis cause you figure they like taape’s but bigger and mo ono
@@CLee-qh3er oh brah sounds ono! 🤙🏼
Wow that Monk Seal encounter was incredible! As a fisherman its hard to acknowledge seals being cute but these are the best seals around. Such a shame their endangered and there's hardly any video's of them in the wild but this encounter went way above and beyond all recordings out there. SSooooo rad, glad you guys had the chance to encounter one to top off the memorable trip!
Bruh. On that first dive, I wet myself. And it just got better and better. This video was amazing. Well done bro.
I finished bing watching your channel over Thanksgiving. Waiting for the release of the next video has been brutal.
Hows da Opihi out there?
I just found your videos and I am hooked. I really don't know any of those fish, but, I would love to be in a huge fish aquarium. It must be a really beautiful experience. Thank you for sharing your time. I will be watching all of the videos that you have put out. I'm in Washington state and it's snowing here. Thanks for the heat. Stay safe
This is one of your most exciting and beautiful videos, thank you for sharing!!
153', I got to the bottom of the bathtub the other day, I was stoked. You put up some amazing content, I am so glad I found your channel. Thank you for posting.
Hey Ryan, I've been trying to implement and equipt a lot of your advice on spearfishing, the hunt and skills. (also Justin's tips and knowledge as well) Just wanted to thank you for the solid knowledge and wisdom from you too. Been noticing a lot of good change and improvement. Much aloha from Kauai! PS- Just caught my first decent size Uhu from the same tips y'all bestowed upon me!
That’s your best edit/story yet brud🙌💙🤙
Great video. What an amazing place. Loved the monk seals. They were like the fishing police making sure you all behaved.
Absolutely Beautiful Spot You Guys Went To. Thanks For Showing Us The Beauty.😊
Nice vid!
Was looking at the reef you described as cool looking but on 34:43 it looks like something man made, like a fence or something.
This video had me googly-eyed for 37 minutes.
Epic. Always wanted to go but one of those without the boat. Thank you for sharing!
This was awesome man! So many cool fish. Love seeing those big green jobbies swimming in. Dream spot for sure. Thanks for sharing mate, stay safe and happy diving!

Wow fantastic dives and super massive ukus! 👏
Im So jealous I'm Havin both of my flipper legs having restless leg syndrome instead of just the one Damn what a sweetspot Ryan finds . I love the picatchu that the Monk seals are playing displaying their awesome intelligence recognizing human intelligence so matter-of-factly matching my feeble swimming mind with ease and unfathomable skill they parkour the depths with the best of us divers. Thank you for this viddy Ryan. Nice shot !

what type of go pro is he using at the moment ??
Would love to go spearfishing in Hawaii I've only been able to fish freshwater. Looks so much more fun I'm not used to seeing fish farther away than 7 feet

Name and location of this island? Just frustrating
Beautiful….RMX fashion 🤙🏽
Just a question if u get compressed @ 153 feet surly yr bands r getting affected 2 just a??? Maybe need a double roller Coates man!!!!! SA got the goods😉😉🤣🤣😂😂
No bugs ?
Please try a break away tip with 500# 7x7 SSand shot more relax and 3" behind the eye.
Put a 3-4" ice pick like below the end of gun to jab your catch and poke sharks on nose or lateral line, there "ear".
Hana Boy
