Beating Majima gives you so much xp it’s worth it for Kiryu to chase _him._
I mean, as Kiryu I was chasing him to progress in the Dragon skill tree so...
Fun fact: in Japanese, the "Essence Of" Heat actions are called "(Action) Kiwami."

I played several hours of Kiwami 1 and looking at the comments made me realize there are other NPCs to fight other than Majima.
