If I had to give Tatsuya himself a theme of some kind, Kurohyou 1 Tatsuya before his character development and whatnot gets this song for sure. Quick, powerful, frantic, chaotic, and VIOLENT, with shifting tones and vibes all over it. Fits him like a glove with how quick he is to anger and how much he changes as a person, while also representing that hes young and wild, and fucking dangerous, an absolute MONSTER in a fight.

There needs to be a yakuza black panther 3 game in ps4 or ps5, hell, even have a crows game with yakuza gameplay, plus this theme was badass, I just wished it played more at times.
A yakuza style game based on Crows (or Worst because I think that was a little better than Crows) would be fucking perfect. Unfortunately I think both are too niche to ever get any real attention, the OVA for crows only lasted like 2 episodes and that was in the 90s.

Black Panther 2 is the best game in the Like a Dragon series. Tatsuya is as cool as Kiryu or Majima and he is definitely the most complete fighter in the series

This game was released around the Yakuza 3,4 and 5 era. I've always considered games from that era of yakuza to have a pretty bad story. I still believe this to be true. It's crazy to me that this game offered a substantially better story than any of the games released than all three of those games yet was never localised. It's a shame. I genuinely think Kurohyu has one of the more captivating stories in the entire series.
