Get the Big Ball Ready
160g milk
30 g eggs
5g yeast
40g sugar
4g salt Mix well
Here
Add 280g of strong flour and knead.
While kneading moderately
Add 40g of room temperature butter and knead it tightly.
Spread the dough until there are no holes
Ferment for 1 hour
Remove the gas and subdivide to make balls
Cover and ferment for 15 minutes

After spreading the dough and adding the bean metal, fermentation for 40 minutes

Mini oven 170 degrees 20 minutes
