Yes and no at the same time.
I like the job the guys are doing but there is a little tiny issue with all this. I mean wheel sizes and quality of tires used. These are the factors that may affect the results heavily. And this makes many of this tests very questionable. The rest of key factors are car balance and ESP setup.
The problem is there is no good strategy to make such comparisons. Basically there are two: to compare all these cars as they are provided to customers by factory (but it also changes from one lot to another), or to use best wheel-tyre pair available on market at reasonable price. Probably they should apply both approaches at the same time just to show what car you get and what maximum potential it has.

While everyone's free to comment in whatever language, what makes the most sense is to set the communication in the same language as the video, regardless of where you're from.

entertaining to watch. I've watched two "Moose Test" videos and both tested cars that, to be kind, have pretty crappy handling. Any thoughts on a video with all cars designed to go around corners?

As much as I love the Fiesta and probably has the best suspension anyway, it had Pilot Sport 4 tires. That is a huge advantage and not very realistic, these cars roll around on economy or mid range tires mostly. I had a Ford Puma once. Good but very simple suspension, with a set of Pirelli P Zeros I was outcornering better cars on normal tires.
Yea tires should be the same if these tests are to be considered fair.

the suspension - and other - components are rated for a certain range of lateral forces
using very stickier tyres than what it expects may very well put those components in stress outside of their rated specifications.
Standard fiesta handles like a barn, there is just so much body roll. Im scared its on top here. Maybe newer models are better than the one I drove.

i10 only got 3* in NCAP… the thing is with tests like NCAP you don’t have a driver who reacts to mitigate in an accident

It seems that this victory is just based on the feeling. But is it fair to compare the feeling of 2 cars going at 2 different speeds?
To be fair you should use the speed of the slowest car and then take into account 2 factors: 1/ the behavior of the car at that speed but also 2/ the margin you have (ie the fact that you could or not pass at a higher speed).
They compare the highest speed at which they achieved a successful moose-test with each car, hence the comparison is - necessarily - at different speeds. Then speed is taken into consideration for a final evaluation. The same speed on some of these cars would mean comparing a car wreck vs a car rolling out without hitting cones, makes no sense.

In fact it knocked down just one cone like the mini, but the mini passed but the 500 didn't... uhm...
All these tests apart are precious, but many of those cars are incomparable, so the comparison makes no point. Tires, engines, wheels should be similar. For example Mii electric is more than 30% heavier than version with a gasoline engine. Looks like someone had an idea to make a comparison of what was available on tape, less the sens of such comparison.

why compare de Mini electric with de standars cars. Put de Mini Cooper S vs the A1 or see your own tests. Is not fair. The weight, the power, etc compromise the results.
