I saw the designs at Houston market and am SOOOOO excited!!!! I make the samples for our local quilt store and we're already rearranging an area dedicated to Riley Blake Embroidery!!! Thank you for adding such beautiful new projects!!!
I just finished the Lori Holt Home Town and this is most user friendly, well designed, beautiful machine embroidery I have ever done! Thank you for great instructions and for everything coming on the USB stick. Nothing to download! Stick it in your machine and ready to go! Can’t wait to try other designers. Well done Riley Blake!
Really excited about the new designs & ideas. Yes, please skip the flowers & provide a table behind the speakers so they can lay the finished projects somewhere after talking about the project.
I have a new Babylock sewing/embroidery machine and I love Riley Blake Designs. So looking forward to learning more! And I agree, I want to take that vase off the table so badly!
I recently began learning how to use the embroidery module on my sewing machine. I made an ITH fall table runner and it was very fun to make. I am looking forward to using the RBD embroidery patterns!
As a follow-up to my previous reply...Our Machine Embroidery projects have been designed using Robison-Anton Super Brite Polyester Thread and those colors are referenced in the instructions. If you prefer a different thread company, they most likely have a conversion chart on their website, or your can find many different charts and references online that well help you find the closest match to the color we used.
This is great. I have been a machine embroidery since the first machine came. Can't quilt due to arthritis hands so I would just enjoy the quilts from Lori Holt. Would you be doing all the patterns that Lori Holt does? Like you can pick sewing or embroidery?
My largest hoop is 7.9 x 14”. Would I be able to manipulate the design to fit into that hoop? I wouldn’t want to pay $81 if I couldn’t make the larger size. I LOVE THE DESIGN!!!
Hi there! You will need to have a 6x10 stitchable area or larger. We have designed our Machine Embroidery Projects to be as accessible as possible for all skill levels without complicated rehooping or similar advanced techniques. We are introducing "tiling" techniques in upcoming quilt projects which will increase the size of the quilt for a variety of stitchable area sizes. We appreciate your feedback and will consider alternate solutions in the future
@@CaroleAnnePatterson - I sought help from our Machine Embroidery expert and she told me, "The design that says 8x12 (actually is digitized at the 7.9" x 11.9") The Autumn Quilt largest is stitchable area is 9" x 14" however so that would be 8.9" x 13.9"". Hope this helps.
So if my largest hoop for my machine is 6x10 then I will not be able to make the larger quilt 😢 (double hoop instructions would have been nice so both sizes could be made even with a smaller hoop)
For a complex Lori Holt quilt, where the entire block and block piecing is done ITH, you will need to have a 6x10 stitchable area or larger. This is cutting edge techniques and designs ITH. RBD's goal is to keep our ME projects, stitching and patterns beginner and user friendly without complicated rehooping, or advanced techniques, especially while we are rolling out this new program. However, we are introducing "tiling" techniques in the Autumn Love Quilt which will help increase the size of quilt for a variety of stitchable area sizes. These projects are just the beginning and more projects in a variety of stitchable areas and finished sizes are to come! Stay tuned!
This is amazing!!! Can't wait to see some of your videos & this will be so fun as I learn & grow as a machine embroiderer! What thread are you recommending to be used?

Will you be including an SVG/cut file which must be the same size as the position stitch. I don’t buy a pattern that I have to trim shapes by hand. I use my Scan N Cut to cut all my shapes.
Hi there! Here's some info from our VP of Design - "The digitized images and files are licensed artwork from RBD Designers or brand partners. As such we are required to maintain the security and integrity of the artwork. This precludes us from including editable formats like .SVG cut files." Hope this helps!

I am so excited to go find Janet's sets!
OMG!!! I’m so excited to see that RBD is the one to start this and can’t wait to get started! Thanks y’all for another job well done!!! 😊
This is great news! I’ve been doing machine embroidery for over 20 years and so happy to see RBD bringing this to us. Really great designs 😊
These designs look amazing! What brand of embroidery thread are you using to get such a coordinated look?

@@kellymorris8088Sooooo….where the large quilt hoop design is at 8”, can I assume a 7.9” x 14” hoop can accommodate the larger quilt design?
