The Boston forward spoke about his frustration with the Florida Panthers not wanting to drop gloves with him during the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs on Monday after morning skate.

We lost Looch to some unfortunate poor life decisions. This man has filled that gap where 17 was. Hes been to the dance many times. He has 3 cups for a reason. Dont say he's not doing his job.
His wife caused all his issues because she was drunk and tried to fight him. The charges were dropped and he should have been reinstated by the league and team.

One reason Florida s been holding Boston down in shots and points is that Maurice changed them from a run and gun scoring team ( last year ) to a defense first team this season. They use their defense first now for scoring opportunities.
The panthers have played the same style since last season. The season before last the panthers were the run and fun team. Their just a year into the system and playing it well.

What DO players mean by "predictable" anyway? I hear that a lot. Shouldn't they focus on being... unpredictable? Especially deep in a series when the opponent has learned their playing style? No snark, just genuinely confused with the word choice. Pat explains here that their game should be simple (I presume in the sense of being fundamentally sound), but what does that have to do with being predictable?

He's nailed it, shots on for 2nd, 3rd chance opportunities........simple. SOG numbers are atrocious and nowhere near enough to put pressure on the goalie. I am a bit concerned about the lack of response by the players on the Marchy incident, don't like that, and for Sweeney to be more worried about a fine I think shows pretty poor leadership.

It was a legitimate goal….and no one’s surprised that the entire Boston franchise says it isn’t fair. No hockey team that averages 5 or 6 shots a period during the playoffs has any business being in the playoffs. The fact of the matter is you can’t expect to go far in the playoffs using goon tactics to make up for a huge talent deficit, especially when the teams primary goon and ice diver is injured.

Unfortunately (for B's fans, anyway) Fla just has a little more juice than Boston this year. They move the puck with incredible confidence, do not get flustered when they're down, and line after line keeps the pressure up. We have our flashes of brilliance and super dedicated effort - but flashes of brilliance won't get it done in a playoff series. Sway has been lights-out in net -- but he cannot keep seeing rubber all freaking night long without something breaking through. He was royally screwed on the Bennett non-call. And Marchy took an awful, very dangerous cheap shot from that dirtbag, who should have been tossed!! Really would like to see Rig or someone tune his ass. Maybe this next game? But dammit -- Take a W here!
The lack of top six talent is killing this team but I’m proud that this team came this far without any real stars besides pasta and Marchand at forward
