    Bhai aap logo ka laalch bhi zada hi bad gaya hai. You go to any extent to mislead and justify the hyped prices just for your commissions. You think you know more than your customers but in reality they know more than you. They exactly know your commission slabs and how it increases with increased number of bookings. And they also know you have no control over allotments, you just handover the cheques from customer to builder.

    As per HRERA, maximum brokerage can be 1% of sales consideration. Which means property agent commission from both side that builder and customer should never be more than 1 percent. Anything beyond 1 percent is unethical.

    Bhai 10-15 L is not a small amount for any one as a consumer everyone has a right to select. Plus there are over 10000 plus dealers selling the same product with the same pitch so what differentiate u and them that is what you have to understand.For u may be 50K is nothing considering your big commissions but for many it matters

      @@user-jg2jr1ub1k You are living in a completely different misconception. Especially people like you have zero knowledge about real estate. You don't have any vision, you just keep chanting one thing that the price will go up, the price will go up, we will get you an exit.
      You probably don't even know the full form of RERA, aur broker bne ghum rahe ho. You don't know the details of any project, you just keep repeating the same 3-4 things that everyone knows. You just want 15 lakh for handing over the client's check to the builder.
      And what you call a king-like feeling, is actually a headache given by brokers like you. There should be some qualification criteria for brokers like you, who are just fooling people in the market.

      @@AdityaKhosla-tc6ej This is a valid point 90% of the brokers in Gurgaon are uneducated and not serous about client and their time .its because of them entire market has a bad reputation.
      Now this becomes your (clients) responsibility to make sure beforehand
      That the broker is Rera registered
      That the broker is educated at least graduate .
      This will reduce your headache by 75% .
      And also if the govt can imply MANDATORY written and verbal examination of
      Property rules
      Taxes
      Rera code of conduct
      Projects required Bare minimum documents
      Things will change
      Untill then don’t go for a broker who offers you mouthful of discount as this will eventually land you with the set of brokers whom you would not like .

      Ye follow up toh call center wale bhi kar lete hain, unhe toh 15 lac per deal nahi milte. Builder gives high commission so that broker like praise for his unrealistic prices and manipulate the clients to buy. You are nothing but a loyal dog of builder.​ The hard work you talk about in taking follow ups and all is just 25k per month things. Please don't mislead yourself.@@user-jg2jr1ub1k

    If you think you know better than your viewer's then you are totally mistaken. Many of these buyers are heading major companies and if you think you can make fool out of them is totally a foolish thought.
    At current price, the rate at which projects are coming up even 1% commission is on a higher side.
    Chor ki dadi mei tinka is applicable for you as now many home buyers are aware how you guys operate.
    You are talking about ETHICS, google pe Ethics ki definition padh lene se Ethical nahi hota koi. You are promoting a Project when RERA has not approved, it is not a ethical practice from RERA point of view.
    Aap sab log apni sahuliyat ke hisab se khud ko ethical aur saamne wale ko unethical bna dete ho.
