All the appreciation is on the books because earlier buyers are not able to sell the flats at appreciation or even cost-to-cost, with the exception of a few builders. But the truth is that salary should be getting very less there , like 10000 -12000 rs . Only manager get 25-30000 & for getting manager he should be atleast 8-10 year of experience & Jobs are also very less in this sector in India because of huge poor population . If u get full time employee who ready to work for minimum 12 hr duty in 10-12000 salary , then why these companies hire to students for part time job. & Also there should be very very less change to increment in salary ,
