Sir plot ka rate outer mein sirsa mein 10k rs gaj hai ..wha to kothi hi banegi...flat to bahut costly banega ..50 lack ka 4 floor 1.5 ka padega...itna mehnga flat nhi bikega

I am from phagwara, punjab. I live in 2000 sq yard kothi. Property prices are not that lucarative, as in metros Still in phagwara, posh area rates are 20000/25000 per sq yard.liveable areas are available at 5000/- per sq yard. People still prefer to buy land & make own house
If you need to enjoy luxury and don`t mind monthly expenses, enjoy the life. If you do not have any solid regular income for long term then spilt the kothi in 2 parts if its possible, sell one part and buy where the prices are growing faster then your small town. If u plan to buy in NCR or far from your place, always look for a property with a reupdated builder and all paper work done, even it is a flat you can generate a good rental forever
