Delhi Connectivity: Noida has many entry-exit with Delhi. Kalindi, DND, Ashok nagar, chilla, mv3, noida gate, nh24.
Hospitals: both are at par but from Noida it is near to reach Delhi Hospitals like Ganga Ram, Apollo, Fortis-Escorts etc
Train: Gurgaon has a station and Noida don't have. However, New Delhi station is only 15km from Noida.
Airport: Gurgaon will never have it's airport. Noida will soon have it's airport
Companies: for White collar job Gurgaon is no match
Retail: Since Noida area is affordable hence more middle and upper middle class people will live here and they will spend here which will boost retail.
Connectivity: Noida has good connectivity with Uttrakhand, UP, MP. Gurgaon has with Haryana and Rajasthan

Upcoming dwarka expressway par toll pay digitally karna padega.
Secondly gurgaon was driven by IT boom as it was close to airport and clients preferred it over coming to noida.
Things are changing and it will further shift to Noida with coming airport , workfrom home IT culture.

According to me
Gurgaon has achieved a lot having infrastructure just behind Noida . And nowadays we can see that government is doing well in infrastructure so in just few years their infrastructure will be compatible and gurgaon will be a world class city .
Also we can see a lot of difference in the incoming crowd in these cities as Noida is a choice of senior citizens whereas gurgaon is of youth .

Gurgaon is saturated..bad infra..missing infra at many places..only tall glass skyscrapers but when you have to travel, god help you through the crazy traffic jams..also the local gentry, sad to say is not good, typical attitude problem, daaru at every nook and corner..kisi bhi baat pe pel diya jaata hai..crime on NH8 in moving vehicles is very high. I feel afraid driving late night in Gurgaon flashing high beams and dangerous overtakings. And likh lo- agle 5 saal me corporates will start moving out of Gurgaon as its just not feasable sustaining there with sky high rentals and so many issues
In coming years so many companies will be established in coming years , sec. 142,150,152,146 are costly sectors also having metro connectivity..high rental value of flats in these sectors. Reputed builders are also present here .

As on today show off, loot, plunder, exorbitant expenditures are the norm. For this purpose, we need good judiciary, those punished by court , should not be eligible to hold any govt job, no political jobs, no voting rights etc etc.
To reduce traffic and pollution for long term work from home should be done mandatory by government for roles which do not require physical present or public dealings.

The problem of not completing flats by builders continues. I am waiting for 7 years but still two flats have not been delivered till today. No action seems visible by Govt and authority. This Yamuna guy is trying to evade the issues.
