    1. As per today, do not sell anything in resale in Gurgaon Real Estate, which is of a decent builder/mivan construction/decent location
    2. Price differential will be there between resale and new launches. Because very less people are interested in Resale. Not enough resale units as well. The Rates in distress sale will be such that you will feel distress by the rate, as a seller.
    3. Flats with more carpet area are being launched by builders because it is more profitable for the builder to launch less number of flats and still utilizing the FAR. It is also easier for the builder to sell lesser number of flats
    4. If you have bought a property under construction and unable to pay next demand, invite your extended family and include them as well. Try not to put it for resale due to lack of funds, manage funds together with some of your extended family members
