Actually you cant pass out from lateral G , in order to pass out you need vertical G so the blood cant reach your brain But your neck will not be able to hold the weigth of your head with that lateral force
You can have this shit in ACC and i Racing Gt7 is way more sim than arcade , but all of them are coded stuff ,so you can do whatever you want , you cam change some parameters and transform the most realistic game into an arcade with cars that can hit 7g and brake like crazy

That's the framing for the short. The peripheral is what really gives you the sense of speed and its all cut off.

It's missing the field of view on the sides, which gives the impression of speed
Most games will increase the Fov the faster you go, and some motion blur
