Thank you for the video sir! Is there any chance you ca create a video for beginners what combos to use on a boxing bag and how to think in ring. I mean how to think about opponent moves, how not to be scared, how to stay loose and breath, how to trust yourself in a fight. This would be super helpful!

Hello there my friend I have got some videos up about some of the subjects you are after, all of my videos show you realistic drills, how to shadow box them and then how to apply them to a heavy bag , there is a play list called bag combo of the week which to be honest I haven’t updated lately as for the rest some videos will be coming soon on those very subjects 👍🥊

I think the pain point is to hit with the first two knuckles if fist is horizontal and last 2 if fist is vertical ever since I was hitting with last 2 knuckles my wrist would bend on impact causing issues

Thanks Coach. I was using a similar wrap to the first one you showed but missed many of the small details. Last week I trained for about two hours and ended up developing a cut on my middle knuckle on my right hand (southpaw). I sat out for two days and got some knuckle guards and went back in and it was better but I can tell it was still not fully healed so I sat out the weekend. Knuckle guards feel like too much though, like stuffing a turkey into my glove. Was there something wrong I did to develop a cut through the wrap and the glove or can that happen sometimes just from repeatedly hitting the bag?

Mate sometimes if when you wrap over the knuckles the material isn’t sitting flat it can cause that , if the wrap is a little bit loose on the knuckle it can cause to , and sometimes your just unlucky and it just happens, it might not be anything you’ve done it could be just one of them things, I had something similar happen a while back with one of my female boxers, I’d wrapped her hands , same way I wrap them for her every time see trains, and after her session she had took the skin off her middle knuckle , the only thing we put it down to was the fact she went extra hard that day , hope you heal up quick my friend 👍🥊

@@coachcraigukOh interesting, I hadn't considered the friction aspect of it. I'll pay attention when I wrap up again. Thanks coach!
