She did not own the field. Kids had permission to play there. She didn’t learn from those conflicts. She was angry and inconsolable about the circumstances. Sell the house? Buy the field? Plan on working when kids were in bed if possible? Calling those kids names and more is not what you do. Taking their things, again not what you do. And I listened to the interview the police had with her. She did not feel bad about killing that woman. She said she would do it again. I personally feel she planned on doing it. Not knowing if one of the kids was outside with mom, she could have hit someone else. She didn’t care! This woman was mad she couldn’t hear her phone. You nailed it. She didn’t even own the house. It’s actually an apartment complex. They’re all rentals. In one she complains to the cop she just spoke to (who is now away from her house speaking with a neighbor and his dog) that they need to go somewhere else because the dog is giving her “too much feedback”. To which the officer replies “it’s a DOG. You can’t stop a dog from barking”. But the clip that stuck out the most was where a witness describes to an officer the actual events surrounding Susan claiming Ajike came to her door and threatened her (before the shooting). The witness tells the officer that Ajike was told by her son that Susan had harassing them and calling them names or throwing stuff at them (can’t remember exactly). Ajike proceeded to ground or reprimand the child and then proceeded to knock on Susan’s door in attempt to resolve the situation. Ajike politely told Susan what her son had said (through the screen door because Susan is the worst) and then said “I’d like to hear your side”. Can’t think of a better way to handle such a situation. Susan’s response was to scream at Ajike to get off her property and that she’s calling the police to which Ajike responded, that’s fine but if you go after my child again, you’ll have to deal with me and then left immediately. Independent witness. Hmmm….. tells you a lot about Susan’s character.

If you neighbor threw something at your children, hitting one of your children, surely you would knock on you neighbors door to speak with them. The old lady had been told by the property owner and the police, that area was common ground for all tenants to use. Had the old woman called the police instead of throwing a skate of the child, striking them, there wouldn't have been an issue. Instead, she retreated into her house behind a locked door, took out her gun and waited for their mom to come over. If the mom wanted to 'get to her,' there was a sliding glass door, right next to the metal door. She didn't want to hurt her, just to let Susan have a piece of her mind for injuring her child. Susan couldn't have have taken a better shot if she had planned it.
@@cemwalker sorry but that’s where you’re wrong
@@cemwalker if I did that it would put me in a bad situation in two different ways
One woman was evil and one was angry. The only unwisely person is you
Acting unwisely shouldn't equate being shot and killed through a closed door.
All the defense really needed to show is there is a possibility that AJ knocked violently at the door and as we all know she wasn’t coming to bring cake and ice cream
Not if they wanted her cleared of charges.
He totally did not give the correct answer for what Educational Psychology is. IJS.
She had all intentions to shoot. She could have phoned 911 before she shot
She called the police before she fired the shot and straight away again after she fired, there's police recordings of the calls made and also played in court to prove she called them before and after the shooting
Called, shot, called all in less than 7min
She could have waited for the police to arrive as she knew they were on their way. I believe she said they showed up a minute after she fired her weapon.
@loucrutchersmith7972 how do you know that miss owen couldn't have broken the door in in that time the police being enroute, the frame was severely from previous damage and poorly fixed by the landlord, so a 198lb woman could easily put the door through with enough force in her shoulder, but everyone forgets that.
More than enough time for a young heavier built woman to be able to put a weakened door through if she's banging hard enough to shake even the neighbours walls

Just tuned in . What's going on now?
Susan is the defendant on the self defense case. Shot and Killed her neighbor AJ that was pounding on her door, over a feud about AJs kids playing on a community area, that defendant thinks is hers.(The door was locked and made out of metal)
😢heartbreaking - respect your neighbors and quit being loud.
@marvelheroes4829Thank you 💯
@marvelheroes4829 those section 8 kids are evil and get off on terrorizing elderly weak folks.
That’s like tell a mosquito not to bite.Ignorant comment
Find somewhere quiet like a retirement home. The kids were just being kids and sadly they now do not have a Mom😢
Were you a quiet child at play?
That lady today would be in her house peacefully, but because of the children of the woman who died who do not know how to respect and who do not teach them consideration towards their neighbors, she is now going through this situation, the woman who died did not go to the lady to talk. decently, because these people only know how to shout and insult, the lady defended herself, leave her alone.
@@islaramz Susan was the problem, not the kids
Is she free
No , she’s been in custody since the incident last summer
She’s lost a ton of weight in prison/jail. I remember watching her interview and having no sympathy. But she’s portraying a frail old women really well, I felt a slight tinge of pity for her, but then again. She shot and killed a person.
Losing half their body weight didn't help Nicholas Miu out, so I doubt the jury will have sympathy for her either. Although, it's florida, and we all know how wacky those juries are lol.

There should have been a adult supervision keeping an eye on the kids like a neighborhood watch
There was. He testified. He was always out there when they were because his son played as well. Watch the trial in its entirety please.
If those children were really that loud get noise canceling headphones while doing your work. Claiming HIPPA violations because children are in the yard was ridiculous.
