I find that tea can be incredibly relaxing. There are times where I’m ready for a nap after my tea. I think I react to l-theanine in a way that makes me relaxed and sleepy. But I also have ADHD, so stimulants usually have the opposite effect on me.

I drink tea at night to calm down. It's just soothing. I've heard that people with ADHD react differently to caffeine, like it actually clears the mind rather than speeds them up.
I've been debating whether or not I want to try gong fu tea and one of the BIG considerations is my ADHD and the caffeine. Normally I'd be like "meh," but then I got to experience serotonin syndrome because of a bad drug interaction and now I take it a weeeee bit more seriously. 😅
My brother and I sometimes randomly chat on Whatsapp at 2AM and randomly discover that we both are drinking tea at 2 in the morning. So there really is no thing as „too late for tea“ 😂 It rather really calms one down. The sleep is quite good
That’s my worst nightmare with the electric scooter that I drive to work. I have it “locked” up and everything, and it comes with an app that tells me if there’s suspicious movement with the ignition off. But it still niggles in the back of my mind as a “what if?”
@@hikariyamato6595 I had an electric scooter in china that got stolen, I also had a second one that had the battery stolen out from inside, I just put it down as an accounting note, expect to have this for 2 to 3 years and if it gets stolen it has already lived its life haha
Had my bag with my ID and car keys stolen in San Francisco. Queue 7 hours of walking around the city completing side quests to get my car out of a parking garage.
