I have been binge watching your videos since I found you 2 days ago. I am intrigued with each item you create whether cooking, flower arrangements, knitting, crocheting and especially the patch work and slow stitching. If you would, please give closeup of how you hand stitch the square, hexagon and triangle. I’m would so like to give it a try. I’m not sure where to stitch so I can pull out the template easily to avoid damaging. I am 76 and it’s never too late to create these beautiful pieces of art. Thank you for your time and commitment to creating such beautiful videos. I so much enjoy them ❤
Kiko, I love your videos ❤️. Everything about them is so relaxing and inspiring. I love your projects and that you do them by hand. Have you ever made rice bags with embroidery on them? I’ve made six of them this year for gifts and I love each one. They are all hand done which I prefer doing. Thank you so much for taking time to share your skills ❤️❤️
Good morning Kiko. What a lovely project today's was. The colours coordinated wonderfully. This week I have had a week off work. So I have enjoyed some sorting and cleaning. Fun as did this as exercise instead of going anywhere. I have also been doing other cosy crafts. A diamond painting and paint by numbers. I just enjoy the simple way of doing things easily and relaxing. I have just had a couple of Christmas cross stitch gnomes sent to me which I am doing for Christmas gifts. I will return to some fabric sewing and want to do some FPP before too long. Just fancied a break from them. With thanks as always and take care until next time. Thank you :)
This pouch is very beautiful. What a lovely job you did. I really like the color combination. Thank you for making your videos. I find them very calming and inspiring. Thank you
I enjoy your videos and get inspiration from them. I keep thinking you should do diamond shapes in quilting. I did a quilt top with elongated diamonds that formed a star pattern
Thank you for sharing your lovely video. They are always so peaceful and calming . I love your choice of fabrics as well! Would you mind sharing where you purchase your beautiful Japanese linen from ? Have a lovely week !
Muy relajante el ver tus vídeos, me encanta. El pequeño trabajo de hoy es precioso y me despierta las ganas de coser a mí también 😅. Saludos desde Islas Canarias, España.
Hi Kiko! Glad to see you’ve got a video out this week, you were missed! The flowers in your garden are always so beautiful! That Hayashi beef (pork) looks delicious. I’m going to try it! I love gravy with meat and mushrooms over rice. It’s one of my favorite things. This is a little different version than what I usually make. I’m going to try the roux blocks. I need to go to my local Asian market to get some other things anyway. I loved how the paper pieced triangle pouch turned out. I might try something similar with the triangles. I’ve just done hexagons so far, but have wanted to branch out and try other shapes . They make a hexagon anyway, but just a lot more work! 😅 I ordered one of the Japanese craft books at your recommendation from Amazon Japan. I got one on Sashiko. It’s got a lot of great ideas in it. I was so excited when it came! Thanks for another lovely video!
It's so nice to be back crafting!! I hope you can find the roux blocks! It's so convenient cooking with it and the dish is very comforting. Thin beef slices is really good with it! I'm glad you got a sashiko book from Amazon Japan! I hope you will enjoy it! 🙌
@@kikosabi We have a giant Asian market in Salt Lake. I usually get overwhelmed because there’s too many things to choose from. 😅 I’m pretty sure I’ve seen those there before. I’ll try the sliced beef as well. I really am enjoying the Sashiko book, it’s got several great projects that I’m interested in making and has unique stitching patterns I haven’t seen before. As you said, the diagrams are pretty self-explanatory so hopefully I don’t have any issues making them without being able to read the text. I guess I can always try the Google Translate function if I get stuck. Do you read Japanese too or are there other languages in the Japanese books? I don’t know enough about each Asian language to recognize the different characters. I could recognize Korean writing because it’s distinctively different than Japanese and Chinese, but can’t tell formal Japanese and Chinese characters apart.
Thank you for your wonderful video. I like EPP sometimes. I like this because it is using little triangles which show patience and because they are small it makes the small pouch very tactile. Love your flower garden too. Very pretty.
Cute project! I’ve done EPP bit only with hexagons and diamonds ( for six point stars for Scandinavian Christmas wall hanging). You fabric choices were great especially the pop of color with mustard yellow. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for sharing all these beautiful, tiny slice of life videos. I recently discovered your channel and love to see what you're working on. Did you make the green and brown baskets hanging on the wall as well?
would i try it? haha i wish i had everything you have, specially patient. it was nice, I love it. whatever fabric and button I selected you chose the other ones haha which tells my choices are wrong as always.
Hi! Love your videos, was thinking that it might be best to print out a full page of Triangle grid instead of arranging them with blank spaces in between, you'd use less paper and it'd be easier to cut out. Thanks!
Of all the pouches you have made, I like this combo of fabrics the best🤩 Do you ever press your garden flowers? It would be a nice project then frame some in groups. ❤❤❤
Thank you very much! Yes I actually have a storage box of pressed flowers from the garden that I pressed few years ago. I was going to do some framed art with them but I got busy with other things and never went back to it.😅 Maybe one day!
Thank you very much for watching! Yes I use regular printer paper. I thought about if I should use a thicker paper like card stock but tried it with printer paper first and it works for me. 😊
I have the same iron. It’s a clover mini iron. I got mine for appliqué . You can get it wherever you are able to get Clover products. You might need to order it online.

You have so much patience! My problem is I start projects but then abandon them. I love how you make every day items so beautiful.
Try very small projects like drawstring bags. Helps so much with feeling accomplished not frustrated.
I love having your films on while I’m stitching.

Hi Kiko. I love your epp. One question. Do you use regular printer paper when you print out your templates?
Thank you very much for watching! Yes I use regular printer paper. I thought about if I should use a thicker paper like card stock but tried it with printer paper first and it works for me. 😊
