I think the best compliment I can give is that every time I practice with you, I always feel amazing after✨ And there are always poses that are new to me that feel like gifts✨ Thank you for that my dear
I had just watch one of your videos early this morning having never come across them before they could not have come at a better time for me. I can't do them all but really Joelle, a wonderful job. Many thanks for sharing it

Loved this and everything you do!! Could I make a suggestion on possibly doing something for recovering from surgery if that's possible? I watch your videos 2-3 times a day and it helps my body so much! Love everything you do! Even my toddlers boys join me!
Hi Olivia, thanks for the lovely message! Love the idea of you and your toddlers all enjoying practicing together, that makes me smile! What type of surgery are you referring to specifically? I do have a series of videos for limited mobility and cancer patients that comes to mind immediately - you can try the first video for free here to see if that might suit your needs: ruclips.net/video/vC-26XMT2XQ/видео.html 😉
@@YogawithJoelle thank you! Even a toddler video would be fun too! I'm getting a hysterectomy surgery done. I will be sure to check out that video tho!! Thank you! Love that you reply to all of us!!!💕
Another wonderful practice! I am so sore today from a intense strength training session yesterday, This helped me so much! Now I'm going to do your breath work practice! Love spending time on my matt with you Joelle! Have a beautiful day!
I have been sick for fir the last couple of days and have not exercised. My body is sore from the lack of movement. This was just perfect! Thank you, Joelle! Namaste 🙏🏼
I’ve had so much fun doing this exercise with my Sisters during our vacation together. We laughed a lot but we made it to the end of the video. And yes we have a lot of sore muscles 😂😂. Thanks Joelle.
As a 75 year old man, I have just embarked on my journey into the Yoga realm. Early efforts are encouraging. However, about 75% through your 20 min Stretches for Stiffness and Tightness I caught a cramp in my hamstring. Once it starts all I can do is quit for a time to let it dissipate. Should I first work on just stretching my hamstrings to gain sufficient flexibility so I can accomplish this entire routine?
Good question about the cramps Jim! Cramps tend to be a result of what I like to call neural confusion. It's basically the body not knowing what you want it to do because it hasn't done that before. For most of us they'll go away with time and practice, but in the meantime I suggest either not going quite so far into the stretch, or coming out of it if it feels like too much and taking a few wiggles or shaking things out. This would also be a great 10-minute practice to work on your hamstrings a little more: ruclips.net/video/6xdf_6D5vGs/видео.html
Oh girl, you did it yet again. Beautiful practice, nice and slow enough (for me) to hold some poses on. Well done and thank you for the bottom of my ❤🙏
So glad you loved it! This is definitely a nice one for inflammation, or this 10 min one for circulation could be nice too: ruclips.net/video/-dL1RRGU2Mg/видео.html And in general I think yin yoga practices are great for that! (my full list of yin classes is here: tinyurl.com/ywy2zts3) 😉

Great thank you! I have noticed the yin yoga helps more ☺️
No namaste?
Not everyone resonates with that term, so I've decided to stop using it out of respect 😉
