That’s pretty absurd that he didn’t do anything with these previously. That’s pretty sloppy police work. You have this major case and these files were not given to the defense??

-His DNA was next to the victim on a K-bar knife sheath -Kohberger purchased a K-bar knife on amazon several months before the crime -his phone pings near the crime scene before and after the crime -A roommate saw a man who fit Kohberger's exact description coming from the victim's room after hearing crying. --his car's make and model spotted on surveillance cameras at precisely the right time and direction (coinciding with his phone pings) -His apartment was cleaned with bleach when police searched - car, too (in the dead of winter) -He had no shower curtain in his bathroom -He had a history of problems with women. -He wore plastic gloves - even at home in Pa - causing his own sister to suspect he was involved. -He separated his own trash from his own family's, placing it in the neighbor's pile - late at night. And that's only what's been made public.
Am I mistaken or did this detective kinda use the software kind of like someone using Microsoft Word to create a document for printing only and then not saving the word document for future editing? And could that be the reason why? Something saved for future editing could be altered by someone else nefariously. Having only a final paper or digital copy prevents that.
Her job is to advocate for the defendant. Her feelings don’t matter. She took an oath the defend him to the best of her ability. It’s our legal system. She is simply doing her job.
So, why is she pleading her own opinion of him being innocent? Not many lawyers make such a claim so publicly. Seems to be propaganda from a lawyer, which seems biased, which is deceptive.
@Lyla-ic5iu Of course, defense lawyers say this. Check out other cases: Rex Heuermann, for example. Perhaps avail yourself of basics in American law before making claims that are easily countered with facts.

"Claims"---No, t he prosecution has flatly refused to supply material to the defense council, and has told the judge "Golly, we can't find things".
They should release Kohberger for a lack of evidence.
Awesome Defense!

Yes - they're working hard to let a murderer go free. Shame on you.

I am extremely interested in Judge Judges facial expressions beginning right at the 45:16 .

Guilty 😅
