I recently (last Nov/Dec 2022) got sucked down the "camera rig" wormhole as after 4-years of YT recording, I finally went to a shoot where I had battery and other issues and decided I wanted to go V-mount and that put me into the baseplate/rails/v-mount/monitor/etc. parts and pathway! All good as I now have a much better working solution for my video recording and I too, decided to look at bags for this new rig.
I did a lot of research and decided to go the Tenba Cineluxe route too. They had them in stock at our local Camera/Video store so I started with the 16-inch, but soon realized it was much too small for my build out with other stuff. Then I went to the Cineluxe 21 (like you are showing here) and it was lovely, but again just a tad too small. I could fit everything in it, however I really had to squeeze the two metal handles together in order to zip it up. So it was a bit not tall enough, with everything I had in it. Thinking this would be too much strain on the zipper over a long time, I decided to return it and go for the Cineluxe 24. Was going to get the Cinelux 21 High Top, as that would have worked, however my local camera/video shop had the 24 on sale for about the same price as the 21 high top, so I went with the 24 since it gave me even more room.
I can say I am very happy with the 24 and the Cinelux line in general. The 24 has more room than I need, but everything (camera rig with v-mount battery, monitor and matte box installed), 2 extra v-mount batteries, gimbal for my iPhone, headphones and assorted cables, Rode Wireless Go II mics package, two GoPros with suction mounts each (I do a lot of car review videos so these are used for that stuff), a couple of other iPhone mounts, LED light and some assorted other goodies (small rig tool, shoulder strap, etc.).
Yes it is a big bigger than I wanted but I purchased a collapsable small dolly and thread the handles through the luggage straps on the Tenba bag, and then wheel it around instead of carrying it. This makes it very easy to move around and adds little weight. The dolly I got from Amazon and it is mainly plastic and weighs very little.
To summarize, I do agree with this reviewer on the pros and cons, however the quality and usefulness of this bag (and the Cineluxe series) really shines and it is worth the money. I've already done a couple of shoots and being able to pull out the camera rigged up, mount on the tripod and go, very quickly is so truly wonderful. This bag is really worth it. And like this reviewer, I purchased my own Tenba bag and nothing was sent to me for review either.
Oh and for reference my camera rig is: Sony PWX-Z90, rigged out with 15mm rails, V-mount bracket and battery, 7-inch Desview monitor, Wireless Mic receiver, Tilta Mini Matte Box and cabling for powering the Camera, Monitor and LED light (when I need the light). Any questions, please ask away.

I'm a 'gearhead' :-) and selfishly watch a load of reviews like this without subscribing or commenting.
However I now make an exception as this review is excellently presented and structured with all the relevant info one could need. I'm looking for a bag for my procamcorder and this is on my list.
Have subscribed and will keep watching. Many thanks!

shoulder bags with relatively heavy kit are a non-starter for me. backpack (and if more than 10kg, then only with frame to transfer weight to hips) or roller bags only if you like your back, shoulders, and neck.

Good review. Thanks and greetings from Toronto, Canada. I just grabbed one. I was interested in how some of the accessories could be used. It can be adapted to roll. It has an exterior strap with a cart symbol on it. Use that to attach it to a collapsible rolling cart. Very handy.

Thanks for the review! Nicely done. It would be nice to see how larger gear fits… C200, xf-605, etc. I realize you don’t have access to cameras other than what you own. I just ordered one for my new xf-605. I debated a lot between this and two portabrace models. In the end I think the easy open, easy access and just a bit of extra room makes sense for me. As far as weight goes… compared to a 15 lb tripod or 60 pound light kit, the camera bag is never the issue. I wouldn’t go on a long hike with it, but for corporate work I hope it works great. Pretty thrifty as well… $225 vs $294 for portabrace. I am a huge portabrace fan so hoping I won’t be disappointed.

Thanks for this in depth review! I'm struggling to choose between the shoulder version like yours or the backpack version. In hindsight would you have preferred the backpack or are you happy enough with this version?

Many thanks 🙏🏻 This version is fine for me, if I’m travelling a significant distance on foot I’d likely simplify my setup to be lighter and not need a larger bag

There is a backpack version of 21". I wish the straps were removable as well, since the long side lies flat on the ground most of the time.

Greetings from Vancouver, Harv! :) Luv the content...
This appears to be a brilliantly designed/implemented camera bag. I use a Manfrotto bag around the same size and it works splendidly and has great balance. I actually injured my shoulder from slinging a bag around this size on my shoulder (rather than carrying it) for a few years. Be very cautious with how often and how far you're walking for consecutive weeks/months with a packed shoulder bag of this size... it took half a year for my shoulder to properly heal!
Here's wishing you even more success with the channel, Harv... peace, bruh.

Really good advice, can’t do much without a healthy/strong back. On another note, really hoping to visit Vancouver one of these days, looks beautiful! Many thanks 🙏🏻
