For point 2, I feel there is such a fine line between starting too soon and waiting too long until everything is "perfect". I'm guilty of starting too soon to just get my shop started and then I did a whole revamp in the first week 😂.

You are spot on with your self critique - when I started following your youtube videos almost 2 years ago I thought exactly these things about your business. I was most surprised when I saw you making tumblers in one of the videos and thought "wasn't she a stationary shop last time I watched?" You can only get better when you understand your mistakes!
