…She Strongly believed She Could Live Forever Free in Someone Else’s Backyard 😅 .. Hope She’s Squatting at her Useless Attorney’s Place. She Lost the Only Home she had b/c of Him.
… I know she was going to lose the space due to new ownership of the property. The trailer she lost, b/c of her so-called lawyer. He told her she had squatter rights & can live in someone else’s backyard permanently. The trailer’s a vehicle, that was never built on the property. She allegedly didn’t own it either. So it was a lot simpler for the new owner to have the trailer removed. She had a chance to continue living in it, but elsewhere. She chose to listen to her lawyer instead.
The wheelchair could be hers. Several years ago my husband got sick possibly because of a flu shot and was paralyzed. Our insurance paid for a new wheelchair that he did not have to give back, even after he recovered and no longer needed it.
It's a sick sad situation what annoys me is that even the homeless feel they have the right to stay where they like. This lady has ALL the time in the world to respect and clean up her trespassing place of home. BASICALLY SLUM LIVING, and not only selfish but morally WRONG!!!
Not all homeless are bad, I feel for this lady, I see she's out of her element, first! no beer bottles 2nd, her grammar & her meek personality. I've volunteered for the homeless & hungry over 20 years, through this I have served 3 generations of 2 families, something needs to be done.😢
As I said in video it was a few days before confrontation. Then I gave her a week to be ready for move before trailer was taken out. If she wasn’’t cooperative it would have been done in 4 days. 3 of which were just surveillance.
ever since the 1990's they changed the hiring for LAPD. they got rid of the 6 ft height requirement.. LAPD in the old days were Tall statue looking mostly White/Black Men.
LAPD has really tried to change with training. A lot of the things blamed on them are from other Departments in Los Angeles County including the Sheriff's Department.
I knew this wouldn’t go exactly as you had hoped. She did not want to leave that nice little squat spot. But in the end the law worked for the homeowner.
New subscriber. We live with this stuff everyday, although, here, the cops don’t come unless there is a gun or knife involved. Not saying it’s the PD, it’s the city council who let this go on. So sad😢, used to be a nice place to live. 🤦🏻♀️
The fact that we have places/streets/areas where it's legal to park a bunch of motorhomes for ppl to live in for an unknown amount of time is seriously worrying!
So what was or how was the attorney being compensated? Thats what I dont undwrstand. What did they think would happen. Money from owner? A larger amount than original offér even though it had oringally been rejected? Lawyer needs update his knowledge on laws. Scammers!!! Glad they got nothing. Rejecting kindness says alot about your character cuz you didnt desrve it to begin wìth. Great channel sir❤
Squatting is illegal in Canada. Even before "adverse possession" was abolished is most provinces, it took 10 years for squatters to gain any legal right to the land, and could be removed by the police up until then. Don't know why the USA is not the same.
I pray that they laws will be changed everywhere.. every state. I see you are trying your best to be fair to all but I guess there are just some people who want it all. There are so many empty houses in every city. Seems like something could be done with these to help people have a place to stay until they get on their feet. I don't know of an easy solution to this squatter situation but I do know it's not fair to the owners to be taken advantage of. Thank you for all you do to try and help the owners to get their homes back... while trying to be kind to the homeless that just have no place to go.

So funny 🤣
@jameshall915 Oh, I'm sure she does!! She probably has a mattress full of cash.
Maybe they should have gotten a job!
Thank you
It would be interesting to know how long this all took from start to finish.
As I said in video it was a few days before confrontation. Then I gave her a week to be ready for move before trailer was taken out. If she wasn’’t cooperative it would have been done in 4 days. 3 of which were just surveillance.
A view from the UK.....and another one bites the dust.....
Thanks for watching
I couldn’t imagine doing this to someone’s property
It is very nice of u to let her keep the trailer and move it
She can park that trailer anywhere and be homeless, that's wild
I can't believe those 2 dudes are actual LAPD. They look like actors playing police. Any way good work.
True !
Los Angeles a step away from Hollywood
ever since the 1990's they changed the hiring for LAPD. they got rid of the 6 ft height requirement.. LAPD in the old days were Tall statue looking mostly White/Black Men.
LAPD has really tried to change with training. A lot of the things blamed on them are from other Departments in Los Angeles County including the Sheriff's Department.
There must be a special place in hell for corrupt lawyers.
Yeah its called congress
good job.....................
Excellent work 🥇
I knew this wouldn’t go exactly as you had hoped. She did not want to leave that nice little squat spot. But in the end the law worked for the homeowner.
@@brendaolsen1526 yes thanks for watching.
Since she wasn't living in the house, isn't it trespassing instead of squatting? Can't police remove trespassers?
wow that was so kind and real what a wonderful man
❤ THANK YOU, TO THE HELPER YOUNG MAN!! ❤
Awesome! really awesome Flash.
Nicely done!
She's been let to stay there far too long.
Beyond ridiculous.
Unless you talked with that lawyer and know that he is a lawyer she could’ve made up that whole situation with a lawyer.
thank you! subscribed
@@stewartabel thank you I appreciate it.
Squatting is illegal in Canada. Even before "adverse possession" was abolished is most provinces, it took 10 years for squatters to gain any legal right to the land, and could be removed by the police up until then. Don't know why the USA is not the same.
You tried and gave her the option to be treated with dignity.
After that, are you surprised that she is in her current situation?
I pray that they laws will be changed everywhere.. every state. I see you are trying your best to be fair to all but I guess there are just some people who want it all. There are so many empty houses in every city. Seems like something could be done with these to help people have a place to stay until they get on their feet. I don't know of an easy solution to this squatter situation but I do know it's not fair to the owners to be taken advantage of. Thank you for all you do to try and help the owners to get their homes back... while trying to be kind to the homeless that just have no place to go.
