If you get the chance, I hope you can do a full video on how “sticking”/holding a Side Kick can provide beneficial to you improving one’s kicking and flexibility. 💪💪 I’m more or less working on my Side Kick Hold and hope to add what drills and exercises can be helpful to better improve the Side Kick and Side Kick Hold in terms of both martial and stretching exercises. Since your last video of Cardio Karate, my hips are flexible more so now than ever before and my yoko geri has improved immensely all thanks to your videos and the lunges really helps and makes a big difference and this Karate Mobility vid is 5 stars perfection. A big OSU from the States....Jerry!!
