AXEON™ Non-PVC, Non Phthalate Ink Screen Cleanup Demo

Our AXEON™ Non-PVC inks work just like plastisol inks. That means they are 100 percent solids and do not evaporate in the screen. You can leave them in the screen for minutes, hours, days, even weeks and they will not harden in the screen.
You don't need to flash after each pass and it does not require any special emulsion. The inks cure - just like plastisol - for one minute at 320F/160C. No need to increase the dwell time in the dryer.
Watch how easy it is to clean the ink off the screen - it's just like using plastisol ink.
