Biannual is twice per year, biennial is every second year. Doesn't detract from the great work you all put in, and the fantastic videos, thanks.

Excellent...as good as you get. Thank you. Maybe some walk arounds and cockpits up close. Maybe discuss the piculiarities of each plane. Again...big thumbs up!

The P-51 sure isn't a looker. Good plane performance wise though.

I'm glad to them using the (paved) runway instead of grass. I never did understand why pilots use grass when they have a paved one. I never would give my multi million dollar warbird a crap field when I had a paved one to land on. And how in the hell did YAK-3#12 hit that snorkle box. He too should've used the (paved) runway. That boy should have his ass kicked royally.

Grass is easier on the aircraft, particularly the undercarriage (and tyres), and I can tell you that the Yak hitting the snorkel/cherry picker was NOT the pilot's fault -- one hour before that indecent, at the briefing, all pilots were told that both grass runways were clear and open for their full length. Only way in which it could have been a pilot issue was if he'd been explicitly told on the radio to use the sealed runway, and until the full incident report comes out there's no evidence that that radio call was made.
