Personally I was fine with 4mg Nicorette gum when I want to focus primarily use it before sales calls.
But I can be fine with or without it literally cannot use it for a month without realising.
I was addicted to caffeine though for the longest time but I’ve now been nearly a year without caffeine as well.
Was bad with alcohol drinking a few times a week and been without that for 600+ days now
I guess it’s the persons propensity to that type of addiction, so probably not worth starting in the first place because you don’t know how you’ll fair
Since quitting caffeine and alcohol I’ve been so much better health and mindset wise
I do miss being able to kick focus in with caffeine quickly when I want to work but I have far better sustained energy throughout the day without it

The 2mg nicotine gum has made a huge difference in mental performance especially on those days where you just need to get moving with deliverables and tasks that require a lot of mental bandwidth. I don't want to become dependent on anything but sometimes a little boost to get you through some tasks is excellent.
Adderall is like nicotene x10. You will have the most mindbending hangover of your life for months after you get dependent on that shit. Getting clean off of adderall was the hardest thing I've ever done. I went cold turkey and that shit was insane.
Anyone else that's done the cycle of drugs, clubs and weekend knows that Thursday is the day the depression finally fks off.. biggest struggle in the world, realizing that is why I stopped, not worth hating life the majority of the week

6+ hour days are the exception. I understand your experience about lapping everyone else who work less. Yet I encourage the reader that it’s healthier to get acclimated to 4-5 hour work days

It's crazy for me to think that I've been caffeine free for 1 year, after digestive problems and anxiety, I confess that I miss caffeine even though I don't need stimulants. I realized that if I can get a good night's sleep, I don't necessarily need it.

You tolerance is so high that regular shit requires this many stims. I've been there 100%. With the gym I convinced myself I needed intense preworkout to do shit. You need to go on a 2 week tolerance break and once you start taking stims again your focus will be 1000% locked in.

i used to use pre workout every single workout, i even went up to 2 scoops at a time and using coffee during the day... took a few weeks off cold turkey, now i only caffeine on days with huge workloads, caffeine is super fucking important for hyper focus, thinking about starting nicotine, maybe not after this video

I can help you get same level of focus without stimulants (if not more). Issue with constant stimulants and caffeine is you're really stressing you're adrenal glands and systems that could lead to stage 4 adrenal dysfunction. Then you'll potentially become desensitized to all stimulants.

Started taking cold showers every morning, stop alcohol, started 100% carnivore, after 90 days I feel 10x smarter than before, 10x more focused, never need coffee and my performance at work has clearly improved at least by 200%. Just keep in mind, it's not about drugs, it's about mindset. Drugs 99.999% of the times will not workout well in the long run.
