    Thank you so much... I've been smoking for 20 years then I just totally quit It was really difficult but I realized it is just a matter of your own decisions and mental focus. Now I'm living a non smoke free life and it's been 1 month since I totally quit. Thank you. I've watched all of your videos.

    To get rid of the physical cravings and the irritable mood that comes along with it as quick as possible, cold turkey is the way to go for me. I'm now one week nicotine free, which is a a big confidence boost in my non smoker reflection of myself. Before quiting I had changed my views on smoking organically. But I was not really prepared for the mental addiction, but these cbq videos have thought me alot about on this topic and how to handle it, thank you

    I stopped smoking 18 days back and after a gap of 16 days smoked 2 cigarettes each yesterday and day before. It's been a day and I am again on the path of no smoking.

    What about using NRT , I am not smoking but I am using gums now . what's your opinion ?

    • @CBQMethod
      @CBQMethod  Год назад +1

      Hello! Congratulations on being smoke-free! 👏Of course, nicotine gums aren't an issue compared to smoking, however, they keep you physically addicted to nicotine and mentally addicted to the idea you need nicotine to cope with life (which makes it easier to relapse back to smoking during a difficult moment) With time, nicotine gums become your go-to coping mechanism and your smoking triggers turn to nicotine gum triggers. You can easily become addicted to the Nic gum and use it for years. A gentleman commented under this video that he is on the Nic gum for a year now. This happens to many people. For those reasons, I would encourage you to put a plan to get off the nicotine gum - you can use everything shared on this channel to do so. You are doing great, you just have to keep going to get rid of all nicotine. If you want to learn more, you can check out this article: cbqmethod.com/stop-smoking-aids/

      Cravings feels hard because of mental dependence of smoking because nicotine withdrawal so slight that even don't recognize it. Work on your mental addiction.

    I didn't realize that there is such symptoms from quitting suddenly. I'm a passive say social smoker where I'd pair a cigarette with a wine or beer only. I hardly drink alcohol so I hardly smoke too. I have gaps of 3 + months of going without and this is how I've managed it for the last 20 + years. I'm 42. Over a month ago I just started smoking again about 3-5 cigarettes daily. I did notice some changes within myself which kinda made me feel yuck and sometimes nauseous. My blood/oxygen felt abit thicker if that makes any sense. This was my symptoms after a month of smoking daily. Thankfully it was enough to make me drop the habit instantly. Feeling great and re empowered again. Hard cold turkey styles no biggy. But didn't realize that it was gonna haunt me. I notice now that I seem to have so much time on my hands and I feel dumbfounded to it and I stay in periods of this for ages per day and night only to realize I've wasted so much time being dumbfounded, lazy, slow, just dumb. Letting time slip me by to pure dumb and numbness. Then, I noticed I'm not sleeping. My rhythm is way off. The body clock is way off and behind by at least 3 quarters of a full day. I'm fully awake til about 6-7am then I'll sleep and wake after 12noon and repeat. Ofc I was gunky also with a cough & phlegm but meh that part didn't bother me. I also am put of from drinking water and eating fruits and veges cos the mind and the taste buds are just OFF.. Like what the he'll! I'd no idea that this is what I'd experience during this time from starting up and quitting cold turkey like this but wow it's a damn eye opener 😳 literally 😳 I owe my body an apology, some tlc, and time for healing. All the best to everyone here ⚘️
