I started smoking at the age of 16, got addicted to cigarettes. Spent my whole life fighting Cigarettes addiction. Cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. This is something that really need to be use globally to help people with related health challenges.

Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them.

I never thought subliminals could make such a huge difference in overcoming addiction, but Borlest proved me wrong. After a couple of weeks, I felt a massive shift in my mindset. If you’re stuck in a cycle, this could be the solution. You’ve got nothing to lose.

I left smoking 12 years ago. It's about your inner decision. People who don't want really smoke, they really leave. They don't ask how. They just want and leave. I was stopping 4 years. But because I wasn't really wanting. I just was telling that I want stop. But one day I reached point, when I decided to stop because I want. Really want. I throw it into bin and never touched again. Everything else is just excuse because you don't want stop.🙂

I find getting over the nicotine addiction very easy. Its getting over the physical act i find hard. The hand to mouth repitition is hard to break. That being said i do quite enjoy smoking as long as i keep it in check. I like one first thing in the morning to help with bowel movements. Also goes well with a cup of coffee in the morning. And i enjoy one after a meal. We know smoking in excess isnt good for anyone but i dont see it as a totally bad thing if you keep yourself in check.

The original US surgeon General's report did not find increased cancer rates in cigar smokers. At that time, cigars were just pure tobacco leaf shredded and wrapped by a tobacco leaf, no pesticides. Cigarettes, on the other hand, have any number of chemicals.
If you're going to smoke tobacco, try to smoke only tobacco and not added chemicals. You may have to grown and dry your own, find someone who grows, or order traditional cigars.

I quit smoking over a year ago, I switched to vaping. Now I vape an ungodly amount, all day, every day. This is much harder to quit than the cigarettes simply because of the compulsive nature, I can take many more puffs of this than I ever could from a cigarette, but at least the vape itself is much better than the aweful things in cigarettes. That's what I tell myself, but if I'm true to myself I don't really think that's the case. St least not with the amount I'm vaping. Uggh. I needed to what this.

Sadhguru, I hold profound respect for your insights and teachings on attaining states of heightened awareness, particularly the stimulation of beta and theta brain waves, which are crucial for entering a state of flow without resorting to external enhancers. However, the issue of utilizing substances like cigarettes and various regulated or unregulated drugs presents a nuanced dilemma. The effectiveness and implications of these substances vary significantly across individuals, influenced by factors such as environment, mental state, and personal understanding of your teachings. If achieving such states were straightforward, I wouldn't find myself resorting to benzodiazepines despite my extensive practice with meditation and relaxation techniques. For those in the appropriate mental and environmental conditions, your methods for achieving these elevated states might hold greater efficacy and potential for these same people who do and practice these things yet they need that quick remedy, given everyone is different , and every individual is found within himself under a different situation.

For more tha 15 yrs i was a chain smoker. I used to smoke packs in a day nd there was a time when i couldn't even convince myself to stop doing it. It was like i'll make my mind not to smoke and then the moment i smell the smoke of cigarettes of see one, i'd not be able to control myself.
"Just one", "okayy this is the last one i'll smoke", these thoughts came to me.
Then one day, i randomly found a video of sadhguru. It wasn't about smoking at all. It was just a random video. I liked it nd i started watching his videos thereafter.
Not suddenly but slowly that one pack a day became 8 cigarettes a day, the 6, then 4 then one nd i stick onto 1 for a long time. But then one day i started doing Shambhavi Mahamudra nd soon i quit that 1 cigarette a day as well.
Now, i'm smoke free nd i experienced one thing. For smokers, whenever you're free you feel like smoking. Let alone during the mood swings nd all but whenever you have nothing to do, you smoke. I used to do the same. But i utilised that time to do something productive. I worked on myself nd even then it took me so long to quit.
Secondly, we smoke when we're hungry as well. Many people do this nd sometimes the hunger is gone after smoking. Some even have one after a meal but that different.
Keep yourself full nd less hungry. Have something good nd tasty, that'll help you control your cravings for smoking.
It takes time, but it's not impossible.
    Har Har Mahadev 🙏❤

Become a conscious smoker - by paying complete attention to the smoking process. You will quit 😀

  • @tnelson1187
    @tnelson1187 9 месяцев назад

    If it works for you...
    Then fine..
If you feel it's not right...stop
Take time to smoke consciously...feel every step of it...then decide.
    Every advantage has a disadvantage.

Life is incredibly intense! I wonder? This seems strange to be considered healthy? Probably because nobody is intense in this way. Producing incredible awareness like children. Really it is the SAME. That's all I've to say. But with sadhgurus guidance and this incredible experience 🙏 I must continue to move on to ease further

The brain is a complex system which expands and, if allowed, folds in on itself, creating enlightenment as described by gurus. The system must experience specific knowledge or become sick-like and discontinue its expansion. This knowledge is very dharma like - no central leader, etc. A thorough study of complex systems and the realization that the disharmony of your system is the only reality in which you have ever experienced. This, accompanied by continuous study of spirituality to turn away the disruptive thinking that is already present (Vedantic) can lead to complete harmony.

If it's compulsive smoking pot, then that's no good. If it's by choice, then that's different.
Overall smoking is a double-edged sword, more holding you back then helping over the long run
