I started smoking at the age of 16, got addicted to cigarettes. Spent my whole life fighting Cigarettes addiction. Cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. This is something that really need to be use globally to help people with related health challenges.
Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them.
I'm really happy for you that your wife decided to help you...I hear about alot of family members or so called friends shutting an addict out of their life, which since most addicts do it to mask emotions to me is the worse thing someone can do to an addict.
I never thought subliminals could make such a huge difference in overcoming addiction, but Borlest proved me wrong. After a couple of weeks, I felt a massive shift in my mindset. If you’re stuck in a cycle, this could be the solution. You’ve got nothing to lose.
I left smoking 12 years ago. It's about your inner decision. People who don't want really smoke, they really leave. They don't ask how. They just want and leave. I was stopping 4 years. But because I wasn't really wanting. I just was telling that I want stop. But one day I reached point, when I decided to stop because I want. Really want. I throw it into bin and never touched again. Everything else is just excuse because you don't want stop.🙂
I smoked for 25 years, towards the end of it almost 2 packs a day. Now 7 months smoke free. It feels great, the cravings still come occasionally. It all comes down to being stronger than the crave. How bad do you want to quit basically.
I am a 37 year bi racial woman who has smoke since I was 17. I’m quitting today after hearing this. It’s senseless, I no longer find pleasure in harming my body. I’m don’t throwing away my evolution, being my own enemy.
Identifying yourself with concepts like being "bi racial" is senseless as well. Why should anyone care about that? Your body is the result of evolution. It is yours, but it's not you.
Hah wow. Good for you! My dad has a lung tumor so big his doctors say it's a miracle he can even breathe at all. He still smokes one pack per day regardless. He's 68 years old and has been smoking half of a pack to one pack per day since he was 16.
Your decision to quit smoking immediately after watching Sadhguru's video showcases incredible determination and strength. You are truly an inspiration, and I believe in your ability to embrace a healthier, smoke-free life.
After 39 years of smoking I realized I was actively giving myself cancer and laid them down. I had smoked a pack a day, at least. My body went through the physical withdrawal of the nicotine, but I haven't picked up a cigarette. It was suddenly ridiculous.

I grew up in a smoking household and had asthma as a child from it. Once I was out of the house, I was able to heal my lungs. I never have or ever will smoke. My mother died from COPD in 2018 from smoking. As a child I tried getting her stop, and she didn't.

Social Situations, Movie Stars & Celebrities, Movies have made smoking a normal thing. I quit it with help of Isha’s Inner Engineering Program after 18 years of smoking and smoking up.
I gave up smoking 12 years ago. When I did smoke I knew it was bad for my health but the addiction and habit was stronger than anything. A very hard thing to give up and applaud everyone who manages it

I find getting over the nicotine addiction very easy. Its getting over the physical act i find hard. The hand to mouth repitition is hard to break. That being said i do quite enjoy smoking as long as i keep it in check. I like one first thing in the morning to help with bowel movements. Also goes well with a cup of coffee in the morning. And i enjoy one after a meal. We know smoking in excess isnt good for anyone but i dont see it as a totally bad thing if you keep yourself in check.
I was the same as you about the physical act and so I kept on smoking but I just never lit the cigarette. I kept the same cigarette for 2 months until it disintegrated. But I gave up smoking!
The original US surgeon General's report did not find increased cancer rates in cigar smokers. At that time, cigars were just pure tobacco leaf shredded and wrapped by a tobacco leaf, no pesticides. Cigarettes, on the other hand, have any number of chemicals. If you're going to smoke tobacco, try to smoke only tobacco and not added chemicals. You may have to grown and dry your own, find someone who grows, or order traditional cigars.
I quit smoking over a year ago, I switched to vaping. Now I vape an ungodly amount, all day, every day. This is much harder to quit than the cigarettes simply because of the compulsive nature, I can take many more puffs of this than I ever could from a cigarette, but at least the vape itself is much better than the aweful things in cigarettes. That's what I tell myself, but if I'm true to myself I don't really think that's the case. St least not with the amount I'm vaping. Uggh. I needed to what this.
Sadhguru, I hold profound respect for your insights and teachings on attaining states of heightened awareness, particularly the stimulation of beta and theta brain waves, which are crucial for entering a state of flow without resorting to external enhancers. However, the issue of utilizing substances like cigarettes and various regulated or unregulated drugs presents a nuanced dilemma. The effectiveness and implications of these substances vary significantly across individuals, influenced by factors such as environment, mental state, and personal understanding of your teachings. If achieving such states were straightforward, I wouldn't find myself resorting to benzodiazepines despite my extensive practice with meditation and relaxation techniques. For those in the appropriate mental and environmental conditions, your methods for achieving these elevated states might hold greater efficacy and potential for these same people who do and practice these things yet they need that quick remedy, given everyone is different , and every individual is found within himself under a different situation.

What about smoking pot? Majority of people are lazy but when I smoke I’m actually happy all my stress goes away for a brief moment while I’m high I love being stoned and working it makes me focus on tasks when normally I’d dose off and just feel lazy and bored
If it's compulsive smoking pot, then that's no good. If it's by choice, then that's different. Overall smoking is a double-edged sword, more holding you back then helping over the long run

If we all become God like, would the value of God get thrown away?

Bajé mi consumo de tabaco con la meditación Isha Kriya, y unos meses después de estar haciendo Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, diariamente, dejé de fumar.

Over 550 days.....no smoking 🚬
Why? Power.
What about smoking pot? Majority of people are lazy but when I smoke I’m actually happy all my stress goes away for a brief moment while I’m high I love being stoned and working it makes me focus on tasks when normally I’d dose off and just feel lazy and bored
would you like your pilot to be stoned? ... what about your heart surgeon? Sadhguru has actually answered your question in many video clips ❤️ 🙏
If it's compulsive smoking pot, then that's no good. If it's by choice, then that's different.
Overall smoking is a double-edged sword, more holding you back then helping over the long run
