I found a remedy a decade ago, that works 100% for me.. I was travelling when the burning need to urinate hit.. didn’t want to miss my flight and all I had was my activated charcoal capsules.. I opened one onto my panty liner making sure it touched skin.. pain gone in seconds.. didn’t even have to repeat it when I got home.. tried it again years later; same success.. this really works for me.. blessings.

Got cranberry pills along with a supplement with all of the other goodies you mentioned in this video for my UTI. After a few impatient days, I remembered that one of your other videos mentioned that garlic gets rid of E-Coli. So I brewed a cup of peppermint tea, added 20 drops of cloves, and minced 2 cloves of fresh garlic and let that steep for about 10 min. Then I strained it into the last bit of my electrolyte/wheat grass juice drink for flavour and shook it all up. After 3 cups (evening, morning, and noon) of this magic tea, my UTI is GONE!!! I passed out cold in my hallway of my home, my Wife called 911, emergency trip to hospital, I spent 2 1/2 days in the hospital (Bill for that was $21,000.00). I am grateful BUT - I did ask my Urologist for antibiotics BEFOREHAND and was turned down. Moral of the story: it nearly cost me my life / $21,000.00 / 2-1/2 days of serious torture in a mediocre hospital just to get 9 tablets of 500MG Ciprofloxacin.

My bladder had fallen, I was told that a bladder sling was needed. A nutritionist suggested white oak bark. Within 30 days my bladder is backwards supposed to be and I did not have to have a bladder sling. If I have any issues I take it again till the problem clears.
And my go to for urinary infections is a tablespoon or two of apple cider vinegar and a juice glass every 30 minutes till the symptoms disappear and then I take it throughout the rest the day but not as frequently. Get up the next morning symptoms are there but not as much I do that again throughout the day and it’s gone. Balances the ph. Fastest way for me to take care of a urinary infection. Dr. Berg thank you so much for your knowledge! What are your thoughts on emerging bugs such as Ureaplasma and Mycoplasma? A lot of people do not know about these bugs even though they have been known about for decades. Often times people with symptoms get tested for STDs and other "typical" bacteria and are told nothing was found. A lot of doctors do not think these bugs need to be treated, particularly Ureaplasma, even though they can and do cause so many people to suffer. They are also not tested for unless specifically requested which doesn't make sense to me. With all the talk of antibiotic resistance these days you would think these bugs would be investigated and researched more due to doctors' ignorance and incorrect diagnosing and incorrect treatment being given to the patient. Would love to see a video on this topic!

The GP / Dr works on the assumption that the UTI starts in the bladder, and can then go up to the kidney. Thus the UTI is poor hygiene - not wiping from front to back!!.
Oral antibiotics have a convoluted journey - stomach / small intestines and then to the blood circulation which then delivers to the liver / heart / kidney and finally to the bladder. Not all the antibiotics get into the blood - but continues into the colon decimating also the good bacteria so that other pathogenic bacteria can take their place. Yes the E.coli can also travel through the blood to the kidneys and the bladder, but this is rare since in almost all cases the infection starts in the bladder and not the kidney. Thus are we still in the dark ages where 'health practitioners' are using letches??.
Assuming you have no urinary obstruction, 'adequate' hydration is important, but many recurrent UTI's are due to Biofilms that most antibiotics will not touch and will lead to recurrent infections.
In a man it can be worse since the UTI can also hide in the prostate and most GP's / Dr's will blindly prescribe antibiotics that will not clear a prostate UTI - the nitro** ones.
Treatment at the source of the infection tends to give better results - and for recurrent infections may provide a better way of at least 'controlling' the infection where standard treatments fail to cure.
