Technically Michael had more responsibility in making this con work since he’s the ceo of the company that Tana is just a client of. Tana is just the face of the con and the one to pitch the idea, an event company is the one that has to work and plan to make it all a reality, and explain if some of the client’s ideas can’t work. They’re the ones that need to practically manage everything.

I was just browsing in my yt homepage after i watch pewdipie's video about tanacon, and then i saw his first video and it got me interested. hes a good guy.
Shane and I had the same reaction when Michael said he was 21. lol. What the actual F does a 21 year old know about throwing a convention?!?!? I can't wait to see tomorrow's video to see the interaction between Tana and Michael. BTW I hope that Michael has some communication between him and The Marriott to prove that they told him that 5000 was acceptable. the fact that he has never planned such a hazardous event speaks of his good judgement. The fact that he trusted tana to plan a safe and successful event speaks of his partiality towards her. She's not a victim in this, she's a scammer legally speaking. When you pay people to do a good job you have to make sure they do a great job. In high school I planned larger events than this. Safety precautions are of the utmost importance when planning. For every 50 students we had to hire a security guard. This shit ain't cheap. She should have made VIP tickets exclusive to 100 people. From what I'm hearing most people paid for VIP tickets. IF she wants to blame anyone it would be on whoever was keeping track on tickets sold. There should have been a limit on people who could attend. She dug herself into this whole with her naivety and lack of critical thinking skills.

I just hope that Shane’s kind heart doesn’t get in the middle of putting the blame on someone. Even Ryland was having to tell him not to take it easy on Tana. I get it though.. he wants to have everyone tell their side of the story all while trying to find the good in each person, and that sweet part of Shane’s personality is something that was all adore about him. I’ve watched him for nearly a decade and there’s a reason why he has this loyal fan base still to this day.
Honestly, so far I believe that both Michael and Tana are completely to blame for biting off more than they could chew. I cannot wait for the final part tomorrow!
