    thank you coach for your videos, i practice grappling with a few friends on the regular and we always go through the techniques in your video. last weekend was the first time in my life i actually had to wrestle a drunk guy who got cocky (not mean, but drunk playful in an uninvited and unwanted way at a social gathering). i drew on mostly your anti-bearhug videos and i m happy to report, that ALL of this shit works as it is intended in real life. Without being there, you had my back! or better yet, you helped me take his.

    10:14 the second step here, after your initial step behind his leg, this is called a Pendulum Step. It's where you replace one foot with the other, while sidestepping; its used in boxing and other martial arts
