Very cool, Benjamin Further spring info: The latest "release" version now has 5 springs, for 130, 150, 200, 215, 235. Of course it is still dependant on dart / bcar/ where in the world you are. Further tidbit: The idea of using a smaller diameter PT came from talking to Eli Wu about his Inertia (Which has an even smaller plunger tube ID)
Thanks for the feature, Benjamin The yuuka MPX remix will be out on my etsy spon along with all other shrouds Small teaser: There is a shiroko remix for SBL 2 in the works for other Sensei out there
Just printed one of these. It's incredible. Make no mistake: this isn't something that should be thought "less" of because it's 3D printed. Quite the opposite. It's literally the best blaster I own and blows everything else out of the water as far as build quality and thoughtfulness of design. It should be thought of as an UPGRADE from something like the Seagull or Harrier, not an expensive side-grade.
I still consider it an upgrade to pretty much any of the common out of the box offerings. I just think it's not as suitable as an entry blaster due to the high price for hardware alone. I believe it's a smarter decision for new players to start off with cheaper options so they can invest in other gear too while also getting a feel for the game before going all in. I've seen too many new players jump in buying all the top of the line blasters while running around with mags falling out of their pockets.
links to gavinfuzzy and d2's etsy pages are already in the description. the red dot is just a generic one that can be found easily on ebay and aliexpress. the vertical grip should also be easy to find at any airsoft, firearm, or gel ball store
I don't own a seagull for first-hand testing, but on paper they should be pretty similar performance wise. SBL2 does seem to have a higher fps ceiling though compared to the seagull and doesn't require swapping barrels. A seagull is much cheaper though
Thanks. The SBL 2.0 is rated to be at max 235 fps correct? I tried to max out 240-250 fps for the seagull. You are right i just sum up the cost (in singapore) the seagull gets that performance at $180 or less. Hmm SBL 2.0 (like what you mentioned) is really pricey for the entry level especially since the seagull is readily available…
I'm going off of blastertech's testing for the seagull and they say it can hit 230-240 with harrier springs, but it's inconsistent. From what I've heard, the SBL2's 235 fps spring should be more consistent. Tbh, if you're aiming for 250+, the SBL2/Seagull aren't really the best choices because of their plunger volume
you could maybe get it to hit 250s with the upcoming 235 spring and a barrel swap but i don't think 300 is feasible, and if it somehow is, chances are it won't be comfortable
With what's included in the hardware it should reach 235 fps. Aftermarket barrels and springs could push it further but I haven't tested any and they probably won't improve performance much due to the plunger volume already maxing out
a friend of mine was able to hit 250+ fps on his SBL1, but he double sprung it and still had a longer barrel. i think mine also has a slight leak between the pusher and ram base which is causing the inconsistencies in the fps

Just printed one of these.

How does this compare to worker seagull?

Is it possible to get these comfortably hitting 250-300 fps? or is it realistically capped out at around 230

@@benpereznerf alright, still gonna get one when it releases, looks epic
Hi, how high the fps can it be pushed to?

I LOVE YOU :))
huh?
😭😭😭😭😭😭
Anyone have the files, so I can just buy the hardware form GF's Esty store 🙂
Files are included with the purchase of the hardware
On Esty, He's still selling his first one, and not the SBL2 as I can see on his FB page
his facebook says to dm him to order
Very strange that you are not able to higher SBL 1 fps than SBL2 fps. I get 250+ fps on HEs with the included barrel.
