Very few realize how talented this man is. He can rap, he can sing, and scream. I battle with bipolar disorder and horrible anxiety. I'm always made out to be the monster no matter how hard I try. This song resonates with me so much. I am a good person. But very few see that. This song made my husband cry when I let him hear it and told him this is me.
Bless you on your journey! I hope you find healing, love and support.
I have Bipolar disorder too and the range of emotions is beyond belief. The depression part is life threatening but the one that rips me apart is the emotional pain.

Ronnie is easily one of the best vocalists out there. His ability to transition from rap to singing to screams and back is immaculate. And all of his raw emotion is fantastic. Not to mention lyrically he blows many right out of the water
Another cool tidbit. The girl in the ending is Radke's actual daughter Willow. Radke has had her show up in a few videos. Radke himself says that she has been his "rock" while struggling through depression, addiction, and dealing with his past mistakes.
This song helped me understand what my fiance feels. He has sometimes struggled with depression and this song really resonated with him.

You have no clue how comforting and happy hearing someone who is more than 10 years older than myself to sit down, listen to a Falling In Reverse song and truly understand what it was about rather than "oh what is this garbage how can you even enjoy this" I spent my teen years (I'm 22 now) being judged for this and many bands like them amongst other things in my hometown so just being hearing someone compliment it and understand it's not just a collection of noise thrown at a wall to see what sticks makes me so freakin happy. Thank you, I wish I had you as a band teacher when I was a kid, my first and only band teacher mocked me for wanting to play this type of music and I quit playing all together

it is so crazy people are just finding out about this band. DOPE reaction tho.
The part about not feeling understood as a kid/teenager really hit home. I never really acted out but instead, I shut myself out. I didn't want my parents to feel bad so in a way, I burdened myself. I am the only one in my friend circle who listened to hard and often sad music. I felt like no one understood me but my brother. I guess a lot of this is still true. When my brother went away during my teenage years it got hard, I changed so much and became someone I didn't like, I became more like my father. My brother is my rock/compass. Keeps me from being delusional. Without him, I don't know where I'd be. I'm afraid the anger I sense inside would one day explode. I tried therapy but I won't open up so I manipulate the therapist to see it my way.
Total honesty is the most healing thing, it was life altering for me my brother

The song is not about being "pushed to hard" the song is literally about depression and how it feels during that stage. He literally talked about the song on one of his live streams and the song Losing My Mind is him after depression and basically he rubs in all the success he made after prison and depression.
I discovered Falling In Reverse at the end of 2019 and I instantly fell in love with the band. I only recently found your reactions, but you are doing a great job. Especially taking the time to study the performer/band and include little notes/facts and some interesting information about them throughout the video. Keep it up!

a really great song about not being understood in your own home and family is "Hey Rachel" by As It Is. the band is decently genre diverse and a fun throwback to old pop punk, and their music is intensely packed with meaning despite sounding like a fun pop punk song.
I think you'll really enjoy the drug in me is reimagined by them. It shows off Ronnie's voice a lot and is a nice contrast to this song to show how talented he is

I really understand cause I felt same when I was a kid. But music was my get away and since then it has been one of the important things in my life. Now a days I write songs for my band and to deal with problems in life and it is the best thing to do cause songs and lyrics with meaning from ordinary life are usually best. Most amazingly Falling in Reverse is RONNIE RADKE, he writes the lyrics,melodies, and music.. then he goes into the studio with his producer, and Records and mixed everything.. Ronnie himself playing most of the instruments , and then after the song is complete... He hires a band to learn the song and play it on Tour!
I sent them this link. A friend of mine does the reviews as well. I had to send them both professional music teacher and rdiss review. 2 different walks of life 2 incredible reviews. My daughter found them and I fell in love and had to share them with rdiss. Then I came across you. Thank you for your take on such an emotional, talented real band.
