Pro level pianists just need the key or even a chord progression and can usually figure it out by arpeggios and chord theory. Note and chord theory are a bitch to learn but they help out tremendously. I've won a few giveaways by guessing guitar tunings and scales a few bands have put out. Theres no way I could've played that on piano though.

In studio he’s not playing piano, but in the video and when he wrote it he played the piano except for the solo. That part was written by the irish guy

I think you should react to "Bilgewater" by Brown Bird! It's an older country-folk song with some nice lyrics. Sadly the vocalist David Lamb died of leukemia some years ago so his beautiful songs that speak to your soul are now just memories.
