Yeah, I had that thought too. If we're being charitable, the two people from the party didn't know Kristen, they just found her passed out and tried to get her home. So maybe they didn't know about the Chester the Molester moniker of the random dude who joined them. Even still, just a little more follow through might have made all the difference.

I was so happy this case got resolved. I had followed it since Kristin went missing because I live in San Jose. Always knew it was this guy, but I’m so glad he in jail where he belongs.

Thank you. Had a horrific experience in college, by a protected prof, and they did everything to cover it up. But this poor woman, she lost her life!!! It is a happy hunting ground for perp profs, housing managers, etc.
