I remember playing this minecraft with some random dudes in survival, it was glorious. I remember that we started to build a castle and we mined an entire mountain, simply glorious.

Even though it was limited with build height and world size it felt like the most unlimited version with how easy it was to play with friends and other randoms. I remember using modio to play pc maps on 360, my friend used to host the original hunger games map that we had to reload after playing for 10 minutes because of the lag from people exploring the map.

That's amazing I had no idea the store was still online, glad you got all your worlds back it must have been so nostalgic
Honestly when i saw that crafting menu a rush of memories hit me like a truck...i miss the good old 360 days
The best version honestly
I played it last year , it's very old but reaaaally fun , not a lot of things to do but i had fun every second i played it
I find that the simplicity makes it fun in a different way to modern minecraft!
I'm gonna switch back and play this version. I miss it. I miss the original iron, coal, and gold block texture
Me too dude. Me too. In fact I went back and started playing the 360 again just a bit ago and it hits so much more different than Minecraft now. The music, the textures, they're just so much better back then
@@DevilGoat I hate what they did to the iron, coal, gold, Redstone, and diamond ore blocks. They look hideous. They should put it back the way it was.
@@danielcarrillo1057 for real! They are so ugly.
And I also hate caves and cliffs, the new caves are WAYYYYY to big. I miss strip mining at y12 cz you can't do that anymore on mc now
@@DevilGoat fr bro I can’t even build a nice house because everywhere I go there’s a big ass cave
Cool! We got a 360 again recently and still have a copy of Minecraft 360 version. The water is so blue and hard to see through lol brings back so many memories for me and im happy to make memories with my kiddo! Its a bit lonely knowing i cant play online with friends though haha ah the good ol days
Good video!! Thanks for sharing
Still play this never gets old!
I love the nostalgia from it
@@JerooMinecraft me too
My first console. I like this atmosphere. The fascination with which you explore this world.
i swear they NEED to make this version available if you have either Java or Bedrock. it is so nostalgic just seeing the main menu for this version. i remember when i used to get back home from elementary school and getting on to play on my 360, my brother would sometimes have his turn first so i would impatiently wait for him to get off so i can play or we would play splitscreen. this also brings me back to when i played skylanders and CoD. good times...
I have an editions button on my ps4 that takes me back to old minecraft
@@raininnn You didn't have to upgrade at all I think, it just kinda forced bedrock on you I think
I didn't trust mojang or microsoft to keep legacy so I haven't updated after bedrock was added, its annoying to have the slow garbage bedrock menu always load first
My favorite memories of MC 360 edition has to be exploring the DLC maps, like the halloween amusement park, I still remember playing hide and seek with my friends on those maps, good times man.
Same
Damn! I used to play on 170% too. I remember having so much vitriol for this game but now I just wish we could go back. Bedrock is so arse.
That's such a crazy coincidence! I way prefer this version to bedrock
@@JerooMinecraft this version basically raised me
Also you can update on 360 Edition to the aquatic update
@@CreeperG3 I wish I could un update it
@@kanyeglazer501 if you have it on disk just delete the game go offline and put the disk in and ur all good
@@megabro5634 but it would delete all of my nostalgic worlds
I miss the good old days so much bro I swear
If you want extra extra nostalgia, and have the digital version of this game, you can delete the update and go offline for the original release version of the game. Or you can emulate it on PC (it's fairly simple and not hard to run) and pick each individual title update to play on.
9:36 Perfectly Minecraft Cut Screams
Hahaha I forgot about this part of the video
I remember playing this on Xbox One and it was my introduction to minecraft. I didn’t feel overwhelmed because at the beginning it felt normal, easy, and that you could get acquainted with the game easily. Now is a different story
These hit the feelings bruh
Who here also remembers Kinect Sports on Xbox 360 the good old days
I used to play kinect adventures and I recently bought it again when I found it so cheap in a charity shop
and Kinect Adventure.
I have the disk
Definitely brought back the best nostalgia. Helped me remember some great people I use to play with. As you know being a kid and over the years you lose connection with some friends especially online ones so appreciated jotting my memory ✊ 😎
I still play this version ^^
Yaaaay I'm so glad some people are still appreciating it
@@JerooMinecraft man mee too i got it in 2017 now i kept it safe to now
@@JerooMinecraft what the version say pls
@@ДмитроМарченко-у4в minecraft xbox 360 edition
I still have my old world, I started playing Minecraft un the PlayStation 3 edition. I remember being in middle school aimlessly doing whatever I was in the mood.
It's also the first platinum trophy that I had, that was before the new achievements came. Time to time I still open it just to remember what I did.
This is so nostalgic I played this Xbox 360 when I was a kid
same I played it so much it brings back loads of memories
@@JerooMinecraft I still remember the times when there was no swimming animation and the beds were normally red not white
@@kindle37 ikr those times were so long ago now it is crazy!
Only true ogs remember when there was no editions just Minecraft but now there is like 10 discontinued editions and bedrock and education and Chinese
It would be cool if you kept playing this I generally found this entertaining
Oops I meant to say it would be cool if you kept making videos a sort of like this well like the same version, make it kind of like a series
Just a suggestion
I'm planning on doing a follow up as soon as i can for 2023 and then trying to beat the game
i never had an xbox but this brings back memories of going to my childhood best friend's house and playing mc on her xbox 360. she moved away a few years ago and i havent seen her in forever so this was a fun throwback for me!!
love this game. Do you know which update you were playing? It gave me massive nostalgia looking at the game and even seeing the Skins menu, hah
This was around title update 12.
it’s 1.7, i can tell because it’s the second most recent update, and 1.8 gives a “Mini Games” section in the start menu
@@DevilGoat it’s around update 1.7-1.8, from the start menu it is however 1.7
@@ztoshgd mhm, title update is the update name for xbox
Very nostalgic! I used to play Minecraft on the Xbox 1 a lot, but most of the menus were the same as on the Xbox 360. The inventory style was way better than what Bedrock has nowadays.
I never stopped playing it. Somehow I was able to update it all the way up to that one update with the end city and elytra and whatnot, and then I left the room for 2 minutes to use the bathroom and it went ALL THE WAY BACK TO BEFORE BIRCH WOOD. i legit don't know how to fix it lol
thats the best version thooo
It's pretty cool that the Xbox 360 version has the aquatic update
The Good days...
I miss them a lot
@@JerooMinecraft same
now this guy has lots of potential. he isn't obnoxious. you earned yourself another subscriber. great video!
Whos watching in 2024?
Suppp
Omg this brings back so many memories of me and my cousins playing Minecraft on the 360 when I was 3
I love that you left the music in it’s so nostalgic because I remember when I used to watch stampy and he would leave it in
This was such a nostalgia trip, thank you so much
bro the old days where so good!
Thanks for the nostalgia, I miss the 360 era of Minecraft and gaming in general
Continue, its my favorite minecraft version
This reminds me of when I would play Minecraft on the PS3 and I just have to say I have never felt so much nostalgia before and I tested up when I saw the way of crafting
I always liked this version the music playing constantly and the tutorial world was the best wish i could go back to that time and enjoy it all over again
you seem like a chill dude, love the chill commentary
Thanks:D
bros replaying my exact childhood, i was stuck on this update version for years
im so glad my reccomended brought me here
I used to play this all the time with my dad. Brings back good memories.
This version of Minecraft was my favorite and still come back to it every now and then. and it's crazy that this game came out in 2009 (I am 15) so really nostalgic for me
Nice video, new sub!
Just by seeing you playing MC xbox ed. makes me feel so nostalgic, reminds me that happy days.
I felt a huge wave of nostalgia, literal tears
this video reminded me the old minecraft yt videos. what a good memories
The nostalgia really hits me hard 😢, great video. Bringing me back to 2013 when I first played and herd that theme of Minecraft.
