you should try making your own energy gels.
When is that hoodie coming to the BPN shop?
what will you do when you are in the marathon with drinking enough and eating enough? You're not going to carry all those water bottles are you, so would you have kind of bag or something? Maybe you should create one 🧐
They have aid stations along the run where you can pre-drop your own drinks & food :) and then you run past the table and grab your stuff
@@izzieday8992 not in an Ironman. There is a special needs bag that can be dropped at the halfway point for the bike and the run. You can not drop anything at the aid stations.
Can someone educate me on these static bikes please? I know running involves a different movement and working more muscles which should lead to more calories burned compared with a static bike?
Awesome workout
good nice 💪💪💪
I may be wrong but I am going to ask anyway. I notice you breath through your mouth. Are you a mouth breather or nose or both? Most endurance athletes do both. What do you believe is your percentage breakdown of breathing from your nose and mouth and when during your events do you do one or the other? The reason I ask is because I have been a mouth breather most of my life and trying to transition to pro dominantly nose breathing. Thanks
