- Release AND Reinforce: That's where the magic is. This class is PERFECT for morning movement because it starts slow, includes meditation (and a trick for sitting cross-legged when hips are stiff) and builds up to a hip fortifying, invigorating (but not crazy) half moon sequence.
PROPS: have a Block + a myofascial release ball such as the RAD Recovery Rounds glnk.io/nrzp/arielefoster or a tennis ball with some give.

Yes, you can. It's a pretty deep muscle and a fairly large muscle, so it might need more than self massage to make it feel normal again. I don't have a video on massaging it, but I do have this video: ruclips.net/video/J4oqKcuGY5I/видео.html
