      I have knee pain on my left !!! It is not painful though and also lower back pain . I have also Neck stiffness . Its atlas being misaligned ????? Im sure i got this from bad posture !!!!! Not sitting straight

    Well I just tried this video. After working on left leg only, I compared both my legs and surprisingly, my left leg was a bit longer. I worked on my right leg as well and now I've gained a little bit of height. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

      You can do these exercises at least once a day for about 2 to 2.5 minutes per stretch. 🤗 It doesn't matter if you do them in the morning or in the evening. 🙌

    I had a fall from my bike about 4 years ago. Since then my right hip has been in constant pain, despite trying many different treatments. I will try these exercises.

    I’ve only just recently come across these exercises and I’m so glad that I did. I felt relief almost immediately and will continue to do them. My problem is a little arthritis in right hip. L4 and L5 and Si. Arthritis of the spine too. I also have osteopenia. I will continue from now on. Thank you so much.🙏🙏

    Hello. I am very happy to see your video. For the last 25 years my right hip has been lower than the left one. I’ve gradually developed numbness in my left outer thigh, as well as a tight IT band in the left thigh. Recently, my inner left meniscus is causing me pain after running or hiking. I’ve tried heel lifts in my right shoe but nothing seems to work. Your video has given me hope. Thank you.

      I have the same problem for the last 10 years and my right hip, right IT Band, right inner meniscus and ankle are all painful.
      I feel my right shoulder and neck tight and painful. I feel my right leg shorter and muscle around my right hip are tight and painful.
      I can't properly squat and deadlift.
      Have you found any treatment?

    This is exactly what I'm experiencing with my right leg. I started these 2 exercises this morning with 3 more that you share in another video. My chiropractor suggested a shoe insert, but I disagree and am glad I found these stretch exercise videos. Thank you. I learned about my leg issue when my right knee pain started. I'm 52 and have been doing karate for 3 years. I teach and so I also end up sitting a lot (grading, preparing lessons at my computer, etc).

    I had hip replacement surgery 6 months ago. According to my doctors my legs are 8 to 10 mm off. It was worst months ago after the surgery so I hope I still have room for more correction. I’m afraid to do the second exercise to prevent dislocation. Thank you for giving me hope.

    Thank you so very much!! The first exercise is so unique and I can feel it stretching very deep in the tissues!! The second exercise reveals that I am extremely tight and can only position leg around 15 degrees. I have been doing alot of ballet conditioning but now I realize I haven't been balancing with enough stretches with my short leg condition. Thank you again so happy I found your channel will share with friends and family.

    I was recently told to wear a shoe lift because I have an acquired scoliosis from my leg length discrepancy never being corrected at birth. I’d love to try this so I can get back into my usual footwear that are more appropriate for my job. Definitely can’t wait to do these exercises.

    I am 17 yrs old .. And i hope this could help me gain at least 2 cm .. Because if the shorter is as long as my other leg i could be above 160 cm

    Hullo from India ....I have been watching your wonderful videos.Bless you for helping so many people in pain.I am a 67 year old fairly healthy lady.I would be greatful if you could help me with my lower back (right side pain and stiffness ,where there is a dimple in the back) it seems to be also connected with a pain in my right hip joint on the outer side....specially when I sit ,lie on that side or other side !Thank you in advance.The exercises on top seemed difficult at my age.

    I have pain in my left knee only when i stand-up after sitting for a long time... is that patellar tendonitis? Is there any permanent solution for that?
    After check up: it's nothing..doc said to strengthen my knees..

    Hello thank you for this video stretch me really felt good. I am a 38 year old female I had surgery when I was 11 years old on my right leg. Cartilage was removed due to it being longer than my left leg. The surgery only helped a little. I am now suffering from lumbar spinal stenosis, a bulging disc and a pinched nerve to the left of my spine causing sciatica with pain and paraesthesia previously to my great toe but presently to my calf. I've previously had my left ACL replaced twice ages 16 and 17. I've been uneven all of my life. could this be the cause of all of my problems? By the way my this was congenital.

    Two month ago, sciatic pain started in my right leg. And I noticed a higher hip on right side too. The pain is at ease now after going to massage therapist. But the tilt is still there and sitting is impossible. I can walk and lay down, not in the most comfortable way though. I hope this video helps my tilt..

    I have not had full body xray, but with measuring tape at doctor there was ober a 2 inch difference between my legs. When on my feet all day at work my one boot has a heel lift and one thick insole and the other is thin. Makes my knee, hip, lower back feel much better.

Therefore, please be patient and keep exercising daily, even though quick results are also common. But it may take some time to release any built up tension and to correct your leg length discrepancy. 🙂💪

This depends on many individual factors, such as the extent of your muscular-fascial tension. If you do them only on 4 days a week, it may take longer to see the same results, or you won't even get the same results.     yes I have one shorter than the other started happening after an arthroscopy surgery. I think it may have been that I didn't do therapy right away but I didn't have that problem before. Now I wear inserts so I don't get hip pain. Also I've always had an anterior plevic tilt

      Hey, stretch your entire body and you may increase your height by 1 inch easily. If you decompress your spine you will probably gain 0.5-1 inch. Also from the legs I think you can grow 0.5inch more, so thats 1-1.5icnh for your entire body. I would suggest you to do kicking and the first exercise from the video for legs; cobra pose, side stretch and some chest stretch for upper body; skipping and hanging (or tadasana) for full body.

    hello sir i will turn 18 this october and my height is 5'8 . my parents height is 5'4 and 5'7 and i read in an article that 80% of your height is determined by genes and i tried the exercise over a month with full decipline and also followed a proper diet but no increment on the other hand i have a friend he is 21 years old and his height is 6'5 , his parents height is also same as mine at my age his height was 5'7 and when i asked him he said whoever says that your height would increase within a month or a 3 is lying it takes him 3 years to increase his height after following exercise with a proper decipline and diet for 3 years and i just want to confirm with an expert that is it this hard to increase height and i have literally seen him grown taller with my eyes and at the age of 20 his height was 6'1 plzz help sir .

    I have a leg length discrepancy my right leg is longer about 1.5 inch and cause a lot of pain on my groin and knee medial side. I tried accupuncture and chiro but the pain always coming back. I will try your streching exercises and hope it will help. God Speed

      Thanks for your comment. 🙏 If you do our exercises regularly, you can correct your leg length discrepancy and probably also lengthen your legs a tiny bit, as our exercises release any built up muscular-fascial tension and shortening. But of course, we can't tell you how much you can increase your leg length, it might not even be visible. We still think it's worth a try, as you can also prevent pain with our exercises. 💪😊 We recommend doing them daily for 2 minutes per exercise to achieve best results. 🙌

    Hi I am 16 years old . Due to exercise I had pain in my left leg but now I am feeling that my left leg is little short than other so I have pain in knee of my right leg and ankle . But this difference is not visible by outside .........I realized it when I walk .........what should I do??

    My MRI says I have bilateral neural foraminal stenosis L5 S1 with compression on the left nerve whixh is causing numbness in my left leg. I also have LLD due to my left hip being hiked up. I don't have any disc bulges or degenerative disease. Could the stenosis be caused by the hip hike causing the compression?

    Sir I am a 17 year old boy and I'm just 5 feet 2 inch tall.
    My dad is 5"10' and mom is 5 feet tall
    I was very fat and stopped growing .
    Now after 7 months I'm completly fit and muscular.
    Now My height started growing slowly.
    Moreover my skin is like children and I still not look like a grown up teenager.
    So is there any chance that i can grow 5-6 inches.

      Unfortunately not, you have to keep repeating these exercises on a regular basis. Otherwise, your muscles and fasciae will tense up and shorten again. 🙏

    When i was 13 years old, I suffered from septic arthritis on my left hip joint. I had to go for operation to remove the infection. The operation was successful but my left hip joint got damaged in the process. The left leg became 1 inch shorter as the pelvic bone on left side moved a bit upward, resulting in left side pelvic tilt.
    I recently under went a hip replacement but the pelvic tilt have remained the same. Doctors say it will get correct with time. Is it true or if not does the above exercise useful for me. Please help

    I’ve been doing this exercise for a week already but I’m still not use to the stretch, the pain hurts too much i had to stop each time. Is there any tips that i can do to help my leg to be longer?

      Thank you for your comment! 🙏 It's great that you've already done these exercises regularly during the last week. 🎉 We understand that these exercises can be tough and also painful, but this is necessary for them to be effective and a sign that they actually work. 😊💪 Just remember to go slow and steady, and always aim to reach a nine on your personal pain scale from 1 to 10 (a ten is just too painful and you have to tense up, but a nine is an intense pain that still allows you to breathe calmly).     Sir, when I measure my height in the morning.. then I'm about a cm taller but when I measure my height at night then I lost 1cm again cause of gravity... please tell me that what I should do... 🙏🙏

    I fractured my femur and had a rod place. My leg is a bit short and I believed it’s caused of the muscles tights. Unfortunately I’m still unable to bend my knees like that. Do you have any videos to help getting the knees to bend? And also any video to fix rotation in leg? My knee is rotated more inward.
