I also agree that Doom Guy would do well in 40k, he'd probably be part of the Ordo Malleus, the part that kills daemons, and he'd probably be friends with the Grey Knights. Also, you might want to react to TTS Special 6, it contains important lore to Episode 28.
Another thing at 42:14 there is already a 40k movie called “Ultramarines” it’s about a battle between a small Squad of Twelve ultramarines on a shrine world having to battle Black Legion after they Massacred all but Two of the Imperial Fists that were guarding the shrine. I wouldn’t say it’s pretty good but it was okay, The opening Scene was voiced by John Hurt though which was epic.
I can't remember what was up with Draken exactly but he was either a Genestealer or a cultist. Genestealers are Tyranids that are sent in before the fleet. They infiltrate planets and create cults on them while also looking for genes that would benefit the Tyranids. Either way Draken was either one of them or he was a fairly high ranked cultist that escaped death by making a contract with Kryptman that allowed him to still operate while waiting for a Hive Fleet.
Calato actually killed a Tyranid in the previous part, so he has only has two kills under his belt now, but ultimately seems like he is just not able to kill anything less it’s murder. Also not sure if you noticed, but "final form" boss’s roar had a mix of Destoroyah’s. That Godzilla comment really fit.
