People are so dumb thinking the word objection is used to say, “I disagree!” Um, no. First of all, you can’t just say objection in court. You have to state the type of objection you are making. “Hearsay, Argumentative, Leading, Speculation, Asked and Answered, Facts not in Evidence, etc.” Saying just the word “objection” would get you nowhere and laughed at.

This case is a great example why multimillionaires shouldn't judge normal people. Someone on a green card might be looking for a "legal appartment" and I really wish she'd looked at the lease agreement to figure out if it stated that he was supposed to be added to the lease.

She read his complaint which stated he knew that subletting was not allowed in their lease, and while he states otherwise in court, his sworn statement says that he knew he was leasing the apartment illegally, which is why she didn't need to look at his copy of his lease. The other lease from the defendants was not provided, so she could not view that one. She ruled in favor of the plaintiff to receive his deposit back, so I'm not sure what you are mad about? He received what he was suing for?

@@Seacret_Agent His argument although not clearly stated was that he was supposed to be added to the lease and that he was therefore not illegally subletting when managment advised him that it was in fact illegal to sublet. If you listen back to that section on part one you'll learn that.

@@dominikmuller5021Even if that was his intention (which I believe was), he knows now after moving out that he was never added to the lease so why would he get all of his money back?
