How cheap can you rent a beautiful Airbnb in a nice neighborhood in Puerto Escondido, Mexico??

We are 5 minutes walking (including the long stairs down to the beach) FROM THE BEACH in Puerto Escondido!!
It is just gorgeous in this part of town and many prefer it to ultra touristy Tulum.

We did supposedly get a monthly rate because we were there for a month but you might be right!! It may be possible to get it for cheaper. I did look around though and it seems to tough to get a place this nice for less than $40 USD/night.
Oftentimes the INITIAL price listed on Airbnb makes people think it’s cheap. But then all the fees get added and things change dramatically!! Sometimes up to as much as an additional $20/night!!
