There are 2 other videos featuring other apartments in this building! Hope you enjoy them! They are right around the same time. One is a large apartment (like mine) and the other is the small units in the building (which is most of them).
Yep! It can burning season can be difficult for the eyes and breathing for many people. I think it is just about to start actually. I started leaving all my windows closed about a week ago and there are no mosquitos which is nice. When it is cooler (in January) it is really nice to leave the windows open. Feels amazing.
So what do you suggest? I have a friend between Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, so I am thinking that would be my best bet at first. I am intending on extending initial stay as a student of Thai. Is it that bad? She talks about it, but where I am from it is hot, sand storms hurricanes, earthquakes….lol…you get my case! ? 😂😂☺
No A/C just 2 large ceiling fans. Starting in March, it does get hot in there but not uncomfortable (for me). Strangely, the bugs were not a problem but I didn't keep the windows open very much at all. They have other units that are smaller and much easier to keep mosquito-free if you don't mind having something smaller.
Hey captain! I've watched most of your videos, I finally get to Thailand on the 20th 😁 I'll most likely be in Chiang Mai for the 22nd. Are there any available apartments in this sweeet spot? I'll save myself a airBnB & head straight here 😁 Much love ❤️🤟

Hello, I will be staying in Chiang Mai at the end of the year. Is there any chance I could contact the owner for availability? Thank you🇹🇭🙏🏽💥
Dee Dee Court is searchable on Google Maps! that is the name of the building. I think it also has a phone number when you do that search. Good luck!

Thanks for the video !! is it easy walking distance to stores and restaurants if I dont want a car ?
Somewhat easy walking to some restaurants but pretty far from stores. You pretty much need a scooter to live in this building.
