It is super near the RIMPING grocery store right near the Iron Bridge
I’m fairly sure most of the good swimming pools are in the Nimman neighborhood.

I know there's a swim club in nimman, but I'm hoping to have a local pool to get some daily lengths in

I heard Chiang Mai gets Smokey around this time of year, have you noticed anything so far? Planning on visiting Thailand end of February to mid March, but will skip Chiang Mai if the air quality is too bad
It is semi bad right now.
I’ve heard it could get very bad in about 2 weeks.
Generally it is a problem from mid February until to mid April. It can be a large problem.
compared to LA or Northwest america and Canada CHiang mai smoky season is NOTHING -no problem-forget the nit pickers who want to see their comments in print-there is nothing to worry about in CHiang mai.Bangkok is much worse,Koh samuii is raining.

The problem that most of these apartments have very poor insulation and you can hear everything from the neighbors.. fast build poor quality buildings.
I have never had that problem in this building. But I have had it in other places.
