I really enjoyed your video on Puerto Escondido . Very informative.
I was in PE last President's Day Weekend, 2022.
Really did alot for the short time was there.
I got there on Saturday at around 11Am,
My hotel was Hotel Acuerios at Playa Zicatela.
It was too early to check in, so i ate next door at Argentinos.
Then rested a couple hours at the beach and went to check in.
I rested at the hotel cause I was tired from flying all night and driving to the Tijuana Airport from Los Angeles
Later I went by taxi to LA Punta to see the Sunset. That was awesome!
Then at night I visited this night outside market that sold lots of handmade items.
Then on Sunday after breakfast, I visited by taxi Playa Angelito.
There I unexpectedly went on a boat ride and saw a sea turtle .
Later I went on this packed little bus to visit. Mazunte, and Zipolite.
It .was very memorable to see a part of Mexico I knew nothing about.
Thanks to RUclips, I was prepared on what I would see.
Planning to go again next year.

I have spent a lot of time in Puerto Escondido and absolutely despise La Punta. Most of the visitors there have their heads deeply imbedded up their butts: they have no interest in Mexico or Mexican culture, minimal interest in nature and are profoundly disrespectful to the locals. You hit the nail on the head with your comment about Bali - it is so sad that young people are attracted to generic, interchangeable destinations like Tulum, Bali and what they are now doing to La Punta. Everyone is chasing the same wave, the same smoothie, the same acai bowl, the same rave music and the same social media posts. There are endless spectacular beaches on the Oaxaca Coast. People watching this video should make an effort to see them.

Agree. I live in Mérida, 3 hrs from Tulum I was lucky to visit it several times before the Instagram genéric people, dj, vengan bla bla . Now I hate it the drug dealers are harrassing you in the streets, restaurants and bars. The crime Is even worst.

best travel vlog i've seen yet after a few days of trying to find legit channels. The bigger ones are bullshit, they're just creating near useless content to create content cause they have a schedule. i want to know about the destination! which you did a fantastic job at. can't tell yo uhow many "I got covid / again", "I'm leaving my home" "youtube burnout" videos I've seen yuck lol...then again this is my first video I've seen of your channel so maybe I'm about to run into those anyways ,but this video was on point, great breakdown of where to stay, the beaches, just what I'm looking for

I’m a senior adult male. It’s been a dream to visit Puerto, and…. ideally not leave. A couple questions. 1) How’s the Latin dance scene? 2) How easy is it to find organic foods, true fresh juice bars, paleo or gluten free meals, health food stores or might the mercado meet that need? 3) How about some jazz or blues or even old country music. And if I were lucky enough to find a crazy lady willing to dance close with this ole codger….. 😊 what’s the chance of finding some easy listening slow dance music? 4) What’s your idea of security concerns around town? Thanks for your response. All are welcomed. Oh, one more! 5) How insane are the restrictions if something like Covid strikes. I’m old but one for personal freedoms and not one for the jabs and breathing restrains. Thx!!!

    • @JustinPooreVlog
      @JustinPooreVlog  2 года назад +1

There is a Selina Coworking in Zicatella that is great for remote working and reliable. Outside that, the wifi can be spotty in Puerto. There are cafes scattered throughout that have wifi and are good for sending emails, but if you need to do serious work I would recommend the Selina
