Eddie out there doin the good work, being proffesional, very impressive. Brian is looking incredibly impressive this year.
Given what Brian went through on the run in I think he has extra motivation.
@@CFCMahometI am absolutely torn with this year's WSM. It's Brian's last go at WSM and I want Brian to get the 5th title. However, I would love to see Tom get a 3peat, the kid has such heart and is great fun to watch. With that said they are both amazing and I'm truly torn. Where do you sit with this year's athletes?
Edit: I forgot to mention Brian's leg. He is leaving it all out there on the sand. If he were a mere mortal he wouldn't have came back so fast from that leg infection. 😅

I think a lot of people would. But the reality is that he missed 8 days of training for wsm because of the cellulitis in his leg that almost had to get amputated. I wonder how much strength he lost because of that. The hospital aint going to feed someone 12,000 plus calories a day like he needs to eat to maintain his strength. I know his wife brought him some meals but cmon he wasnt eating near what he needed to. Its looking like Brian is going to have to pull a miracle to beat some of these younger studs that didnt have to go through what brian has. I want brian shaw to win hes my favorite strongman of all time but hes got a lot of work to do I really hope hes got more to give here.. perhaps if he makes it to the final he has more gears to switch in to.. Lets hope for brians sake and all hes had to push past adversity wise..
@@jondagamer4466 his leg looks good and his strength is there,otherwise he wouldnt have done those 8 reps in the deadlift!And the events in the final could suit him pretty good!But yeah ofc Tom and Mitchel are looking phenomenal tbh!Gonna be a great fight!💪
@Mer Luzo my whole point here is that without the cellulitis he would be doing better like I stated he missed over a week of training because of being hospitalized for 8 days. This is not full form brian shaw

@@kristianconaghan1992 Yup. They challenge each other every once in a while, and the loser gets punished. Brian had to get his nostril hair waxed once. It was fantastic.

this isnt the FINAL though which is what we see on TV near the end of the year. This is Qualifying HEATS
@@kevinpatrickcarey3741 no one said that this was the final. Most people know that these are prelims. I can't remember if it's the top 2 of each group that go to the finals or if the top two battle it out and the one that wins goes to the finals. I'm not sure. But yeah
