For strongman/Hercules hold type events, yes certainly. But, there are many ways to measure grip, and Mark is mostly just great at one of them.

If you look closely, when Eddie dropped it, it stayed up for like half a second meaning Felix was holding all the weight but when the other team dropped it, it dropped IMMEDIATELY showing how much stronger Felix actually is

The fact that mark felix held on for a split second by himself and the other instantly dropped it whenever his partner did, just shows you how much stronger he is.

My dad used to enter competitions like this. He once picked up the back end of my mom's car until they changed the tire. Unfortunately he fell 2 stories and landed on his wrist, completely shattered it. He gave up after that. I always wondered how far he could have gone if he didn't fall.
