That's great! We lost the whole greenhouse in a storm last spring so although the zipper did not last, the greenhouse flying off made that a non issue, haha. I don't blame the greenhouse though. The winds were just too much. But great tip, thank you.
Way to go on figuring this all out, On Aosom I saw a note that their name was like awsome which makes it easier to remember. I just bought a smaller green house from Aosom on Monday, they shipped Tuesday and I had it today which is Friday. (It went from Toronto to Calgary and back to Winnipeg by FedEx) Originally I tried to order from Wayfair, who must have all their warehouse staff off as I put an order in of April 6 and by the 16th they said now it was on back order. To say the least I think Aosom is awsome and Wayfair is not. Although in the past Wayfair did a good job, just not at this time.
Hey Ralph, I really was not unhappy with my Aosom greenhouse but make sure to watch my other video on it. I lost it recently in a storm. Super disappointed. I don’t believe it to be Aosom’s fault. It was 95 mile an hour winds. Aosom did its job and kept everything alive for the winter but I will be honest I will be rebuilding differently for next year. I am thinking a cattle panel greenhouse. All the best in your garden adventures, hope your winds are better. Thanks for watching.
I will NEVER buy any products of this brand that come from China. I love France and Europe too much and do not want to contribute to the exploitation of a people subjected to the totalitarianism of their government which has rotted the planet with the Wuhan virus. Right in my boots, I'm not a hypocrite saying France is doing badly, and being the first to buy Chinese merchandise.
New subscriber to your channel...thanks for the info on the greenhouse I am looking to buy something that is cost effect and this might be it. How is it holding up a now its been a few months?
Hi David, welcome! So glad you asked. So we have had some heavy, heavy winds. A few hurricane warning (we are inland keep in mind) and a few tornado warnings and it’s still here. I see it lift but it has done great. Zipper on one side I can’t use. Not thrilled about that. Some rust on the bars on the inside. But it has kept all my tomatoes and peppers alive quite well. So I stand by my comment it’s probably a good starter greenhouse you might get a couple of years out of it and if you are handy maybe more. Would I rather have a 5k high tunnel, heck yes! Can I afford one.... nope lol. So I am still happy with what I paid and what I got. My personality is forgiving though so keep that in mind. Thanks for watching :)
@@JolleanSmith Thanks for the info. If I order one I will be sure to post a video to my channel of it going together. I do have a small greenhouse and need something bigger. However the lady and I don't want to do a huge investment seeing that we just bought or property last year. Good luck to you and I will see you in your next video :)

It’s still here after enhanced Tornado Risk weather event, a Hurricane event (we were not at the center of that) and a deep freeze. The zipper is stuck on one side. A few holes in the screens but it did it’s job and kept my plants alive. I stand by my comments, I give it three years and I will need to replace.
This is a 10x20 and this is its first winter. This next week in Mississippi we have a deep freeze and I might be able to tell you more. But I do have a few things I am disappointed with so far. 1. The zipper on one side went right away. So I can only open it on one side. No telling how long that will last. 2. We have had some heavy rain and sometimes it is leaking in the rain. I can’t tell if it is just the rain hitting the top and the condensation falling inside or if it is leaking. My plants have been warm enough with Christmas lights to stay alive up to -4 c / 24f but we have -12 C/ 11f Monday so that will be interesting. I will try and film a full update on how it fairs and show all the defects next week.
I bought construction zippers off Amazon and just attached it over the old zipper. Easy to fix.

no way that survived the winter snow
I would agree. We don’t get much snow here and if we do it doesn’t last.

What size is this one? How did it hold up over the winter (cover on / off)?
