Some comments are just plain thick.
I was a mechanic for years and most costumers dont want to spend anything. Most mechanics would replace everything if it was possible.
If the costumer gave the go ahead and the seals blow its down to them. New stanchions are expensive and in some cases hard to get.
You can tell the non mechanic comments because they've got no idea about working to a time and spend limit.
    You've done a good job.

Nice job. I took the wheel off my Bbird and then the front wheel didn’t align. It’s the axle pinch bolts I’d got tighten sequence wrong🥴

How did you choose which weight fork oil to use when filling them back up? Did the customer specify, or is that something that you handle yourself?

The oil cooler pipes look a right state. Surprised he didn’t get you to change them at same time

There should be a recall for those, unless they're the replacements.
Mine's booked in for next month, at least it's free.

@@unclefista I’ve had mine changed 3 times in 20 years. They rust very quickly.

How much fork oil it takes to vfr?

I know the customer probably only wanted the leaky seals replacing, but you didn't check the bushes, the dampers, springs and rods weren't checked and the old oil cleaned off them. The refilling of the oil wasn't shown, did you fill with a known capacity of oil or to a specific height from the fork top ?. As a VFR800 owner I am about to do this to my bike, only more thoroughly.

no reason to change only the fork seals, when the fork legs pitted like those ones. in this case must to change the fork legs as well. otherwise just a few hundred miles later the fork seals leaking again. as the pitted fork legs rubbing the fork seals again. but as you said the owner refused it to change the fork legs.

Did you even watch the video? He clearly states about the swept area of the seal/fork interface being okay. Also, unless this VFR has like 6" of suspension travel (it doesn't) can't you see that all the pitting is like at least 3" above the highest point of seal movement?
